Sorry I missed this live, it was after 11 when this aired, I was already in bed. I do remember you posting this, glad to see the final video, and happy to see that everyone was ok.
Great video! This is how to live, big smile as you explore what nature has to offer & so few ever will experience! I never heard about this option on career day in 1999 😂
I truly hope you can too, I’m rooting for you & since we’re the same age I’ll live vicariously through your videos lol Luckily my job as an estimator for power & utility gets me out of the office at times up to the mountains in Colorado , Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, NM, & home state of Utah & watching your videos often give me a bit of anxiety from finding myself in some similar not so precarious situations white knuckling it 🫣😂
Another great vid Teddy.. Great to see a company like Whiterock Dodge stand behind their product and appreciate their customers. purchased my Ecoflow Delta 2 and front runner folding antenna mount online from Modula.. Top notch crew. Where did you get personalized tailgate letters!?
No peer steering. He didn't go up there on purpose. He was going straight. Driver tire hit something and ripped the wheel out of his hands kicking it up the hill. And over it went.
@@FlawedOffroad thank you for noticing! Been working really hard on it. It's starting to come together. Your comment is very much appreciated my friend.
The video is great, but I agree with you about the music. I only put music on my videos when I can't use the original tone. I prefer the sound of the engine...
I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Can I drive these roads without my Jeep being rubicon? I am in Coulee City , Washington not to far from boarder but really don’t know where you guys are but would love to learn from experienced people 😊
There was lots of room. The drivers front wheel dropped down and it kicked the wheels passenger. No power steering and slippery steering wheel ripped the wheel out of the drivers hands and that's when it went way up passenger side. It was a bounce and over it went. Appreciate the comment. Some people think the driver was trying to show off. Not the case at all. It was the first time the driver drove this rig. It was a mild trail. Accidents happen.
I’ve watched that thing forever and was just waiting for this day. New it was inevitable. Not good by any means. But one useless vehicle for what they do and then let’s add a tent to the roof. Glad everyone is ok.
Not quite sure how that rolled if the contour was followed correctly but it did look like it climbed the slope on the right. Hopefully everyone was ok.
That's exactly what happened. The front passenger wheel went way up the slope after hitting a bump ripping the steering wheel out of his hand. Everyone is ok. 1 person still has a bit of neck pain.
IDK why this got recommended to me, but all I see is a bunch of under prepared stock rigs straight off the showroom that think they bought a true offroad vehicle.
@@Starscr3amHasp this was literally a run for people that just bought their vehicles straight off the showroom. So you got that part correct. All the rigs made it. Wouldn't say they're under prepared, this trail isn't difficult by any means. It's a beginner trail for beginner rigs.
Definitely what it looks like. I was directly behind him and can honestly say that wasn't the case. He was in the middle of the road and only the front passenger wheel went up the bank. That was enough to tip it. So slowly. Similar to a flex ramp. Pulling it back up straightened it out and made it look like he was way up there lol I totally get what you're saying though because that's exactly what it looks like.
At 13:01 you can clearly see the front right tire track, look how far up the embankment it is.....Play stupid games, 🙄 win 🏆 stupid prizes. Glad everyone is okay, bruises, from what, a slow flop on its side? Ohhh maybe no seat belts?
One of them was hanging from the seat belt and hurt her neck. A couple of others just minor bruises from falling onto metal with no padding. Ya he went way to high up the embankment. But it was his first time wheeling this rig it's not his. And didn't expect the wheel to turn so aggressively. Mistakes were mare for sure but he definitely wasn't being a show off or anything like that
Can't speak for the others but for me absolutely. I look at it more like the cost of doing business. Although even if I wasn't YouTubing I'd still want what I have in the driveway. I've made much worse decisions. Like owning a 2013 jk outright that I spent about 500 per month repairing in fear thst it would leave me on the trail. More paranoia than anything else.
And the obligatory coffee to start all these videos. Get a new intro model - please. Years of this same intro. The intro is the look ahead to something special. Stop with the coffee intros folks. Um you say experienced riders LOFL. How in the hell did he flip that valkswagon. Your title says flipped gladiator. I know never to go off road with y’all. 🤣
Alternate title: "Teddy Saves The Swedish Military" 😊
Hahah might have to change it now. Thank you!

Mud can be a great time! Cheers. Thanks for watching!
... also, that forest is just crazy green, mossy and amazing... I think I need to hit some forest like that... been in the deserts a lot for a while.
Lol. Definitely need to get into some tight forest trails!
I wish I could give the guy 1000 thumbs up for jumping right in with his brand new 4Xe. Great job brother!!!
Thumbs up if you believe the Gladiator is the perfect truck for those who love both work and play!
Best platform available right now for sure!
Awesome recovery! And that is one helluva beast, not even the driver's side mirror snapped off 😅
Lol no kidding! So wild lol
Who would have guessed the eleven foot tall, four foot wide van with a 500lb rooftop tent would flip? 🤣
You'd have to check out the story till now's trip with this thing. It's pretty bonkers.
If the driver didnt know what was going to happen, someone should have said probably not the best idea.
well good to get the first slow flop out of the way. glad no injurys. I think a simple hydro assist steering would help that Volvo out greatly.
All things considered, it ended up being ok!
You convinced me. I want a winch!!
Hahaha exactly. You never know when you'll have to flip a vehicle back onto its wheels.
You get a special salute for rockin' the puffy coat!!!
😂😂 Ya that coat is no where near as cool as I though it was
😂 glad you said it. Jk I know teddy and can handle the funnies lol
this is one of the best if not best offroad vid ive seen, bros an artist @9:27

That vehicle was wayyyy top heavy. Big box, roof top tent ⛺️ and well, 🤣 🤣 🤣

Next upgrade on the Volvo, power steering 😆
Hahahaha
Maybe a little wider stance as well?
Who was smokin the good shit in the Volvo to flip it like that. ?? “Hey let’s ride up a weird pitch incline sideways”.

Any walk arounds on YT for that 40 series cruiser???
Not yet there will be one soon I'm sure. That thing is so cool. He just got it. Check out @modularacks on Instagram
Great episode as always teddy, your drone footage is getting better each episode brother
Thank you East Coast Kevin!

Proper tires and you should be ok! Go explore.
I've never done that trail in the rain. Prob cuz i'm a bit chicken due to wheeling solo.
If you have a winch you should be ok. But rule of thumb never wheel alone. If anything does happen it's good to have someone with another vehicle.
I jus purchased a 2023 gladiator
How do I come out and join you guys!? Would love to !
Are you in the greater Vancouver area and where did you get it from?

No disrespect meant, buy why was the volvo so high on the bank? In the video, it looked like there was room to have stayed flat.
There was lots of room. The drivers front wheel dropped down and it kicked the wheels passenger. What happened to the Volvo?
Driver tried to test its lean limit?
Hit a bump, steering wheel got ripped from his hands and they went up the bank too far. That steering wheel is small and slippery

It's actually pretty capable... But ya top heavy. And it's definitely got cool factor
Sir Jeep company is the dynamite.
I hope that's a good thing!?
Good thing you low sided it, and didn't roll it over.

What's the clearance under that Volvo?
I'm not sure but it's alot. It's got portals....

I think it was driver error this thing did some pretty wild things on the past
Lol everyone standing around in runners? Lol rubber boots or crocks are the only thing to wear if your mudding 👍🏻
