This is not a new recipe. Called adai in TNad and ada dosa in Kerala. Pls don' t claim that it is an innovation.

In my knowledge to prepare Ada dosa we need to add different types of dals in a particular proportion
Also some more spices too.Kindly don't misguide the people.🙏
This is totally my house recipe which was followed long back by My grandmother .She used to say this as Mulaku Dosa.

Why all are saying sambar parippu. Like
Kadala parippu, uzhunnu parippu, it is thuvara parippu. We can make sambar with cheru payar parippu.
