Hi Sara! Quick question. For the pastry appetizer, did you put the egg wash all Over the square or just the edges? Does it prevent the pastry from getting puffy if you put too much on?

Love the mushrooms. I use a melon baller to scoop a little more out of the center of my mushrooms so I can stuff them more. Enjoy!

You can also use melted butter on the outside of the mushrooms. I use extra virgin olive oil but it's your choice. :-)
