You can make the last recipe with pesto when you want a salty snack, you follow the recipe but exept for Nutella you use pesto. it is soooo delicious🙏🏼

I made the salted caramel pecan chocolate chip cookies. It was a great idea to roll the dough in the pecans, but we found the caramel piece in the center too hard for the soft chewy cookie. I wonder what might be substituted to be a softer caramel center?
My office cooked at our local Ronald McDonald House last night (I'm so glad I had seen this first!) We made the Chocolate Chip cookies and the Pie Crust cookies. They were amazing! Our store was out of caramels so we used Rolos (WOW!) I'm now "plotting" who all I can make these for.

Provided there's enough Pecans available to ground up after the bag is opened that is...😄.
