1:43 3:25 NKP #765's Ex-Wabash Nathan 6 chime whistle

It's not Wabash, 765 wears the whistle from NKP 700, and has since 1979. It's sound has changed over time, adjustments of the bowl and whistle bell can affect the sound of the whistle.

If 765 had an auto Stoker, then why did the fireman have a shovel? Was it for pushing the coal around the firebox so it doesn't jam the Stoker?

Sometimes, the Fireman can more easily hit the corners and rear of the Firebox as opposed to the Stoker.
