I still keep coming back! It’s been over three years since I discovered Beth (during the first lockdown in the UK) and I’ve taken her advice to keep coming back. The variety of her lessons, in both their length and level, means I can always find something that's right for however I’m feeling. Beth is THE BEST, with her wonderful routines, clear instructions, calm and encouraging voice, and her pleasant, down-to-earth nature.
I am A 65 year old former marathon runner with a worn down L5 disc after years of running and teaching high impact aerobics (when I was young and invincible) your workouts are really great and I appreciate the good form and instruction. I am also a retired Chiropractor and feel that Pilates is very hard on the neck. That’s really the only complaint I have on Pilates. So I avoid those parts where the neck is put into a kyphosis. Really not good. I do understand that you get better ab work but the sacrifice to the neck isn’t worth it,. Its for that reason I hadn’t done much Pilates in the past. Getting a good padded mat (Dicks sporting), is really important for the spine at my age. It helps from going from a supine to flexed forward. Your classes don’t do as much harm to the neck as others which is why I’m glad I found you, Thanks.
Even though it was a bit tough, I really enjoyed this class. I get bored easily and I just love the variety that your classes offer. Each day is different. Thank you, all the way from South Africa. 🙏
I just love your classes Beth. I wondered if we could have some classes at a slightly slower rhythm or at least slower transitions. I have Ehlers Danlos which means that my connective tissue has to work twice as hard as the average person and I have numerous joint, ligament and muscle issues. I have the strength, proprioception and mobility but just can't move through things quite as fast as this! Despite this I keep coming back to your classes as I just love your grounded, natural approach, your experience and great instruction so thank you! Oh also, I love these slightly longer classes that give us time to really get in to the mind body connection.

That was amazing! Good how my ankles got plenty of stretch in this routine. I tell myself that slow workouts are boring but honestly I feel good after them and I know it's what my body needs, possibly what my brain needs too. Thank you.
Pilates really compliments running. I always say I'm a reluctant runner but getting better with consistency. I know you'll get stronger with Pilates as well.
I feel like sometimes ppl think that in order to get a ‘good workout’, we have to sweat a ton...but honestly i feel like even something like this is really great at working all parts of the body especially if you concentrate on doing every exercise correctly! Also stretching has so many benefits along with working the core~
