    Great! Hade major surgery 6 weeks ago and I'm starting to exercise again and this is my new beginning. Love it!

    Beth, love your classes, would like to see you identify them as easy, intermediate, advanced, very advanced. I'd love to see very advanced options for 30 min or less. I'm having to increase the speed to 1.25. Pls keep them coming!

    Love your teaching style Beth. I just practiced a few with my Mom who is 75 years and she was able to manage pretty well.

    Hi there, thank u very much for this video. I really enjoy doing it.
    But can I download this video? Because I want to practice this one every day and It's easier to watch it in a video player rather than utube. Also in my region I must use a VPN to be able to open utube.

    Wonderful routine for my stiff and aching body - exercises were gentle but I could definitely feel my muscles activate
