Welcome back, fellow vintage motorcycle enthusiasts! In today's episode of Motorcycle Rewind, we're picking up right where we left off with our beloved Honda CB77 SuperHawk. If you thought last time was exciting, just wait 'til you see what we've got in store for you today.
Remember those exhaust headers that were driving me mad? Well, today we're finally diving into the nitty-gritty, de-rusting those bad boys and giving them a new lease on life. Grab your elbow grease and your favorite can of WD-40 because this part's going to be a wild ride!
But wait, there's more! We're not just stopping at the exhaust headers. No, sir! We'll also be laying down some fresh paint on the rear fender. And that tail light mount that was looking a bit worse for wear? That's getting a complete repaint too.
And, of course, we can't forget about that pesky lens. We'll be pulling it apart, cleaning it up, and making sure it's shining like it was back in the good old days.
All these tasks might seem a bit daunting, but don't worry, we're in this together. Along the way, I'll be sharing some tricks of the trade, some mistakes (because let's face it, nobody's perfect), and some good old-fashioned motorcycle wisdom.
So buckle up and get ready to ride along with me on this nostalgic journey as we continue to breathe new life into this Honda CB77 SuperHawk. You won't want to miss this one, especially if you've been following our progress from the start.
Smash that like button if you're as excited as I am, and don't forget to hit subscribe if you haven't already. Here's to more greasy hands and vintage motorcycle magic. Ride safe, and I'll see you in the garage! 🏍️

My late wife and I used to go to garage sales, and if I found an old motorcycle for cheap, it would come home with me as a project just like you are doing. I would fix them up like you are doing, ride them for a while, and then sell them. I truly enjoyed doing that. Now I have gotten too old to do the work, so I get my enjoyment watching you do it. Thanks.

It’s coming !!! It’s a very cute and nice bike, pretty good « rustoration ». I had pretty good result for removing rust with white vinegar. 24h or more soaking. It’s Cheap, no chemicals, environment frendly.

I love cheap solutions!!! I keep a bucket of vinegar outside for tanks. Just keep reusing it. Thanks for watching.

Looking so good. I really love the black/silver design. The one thing I see right now is that nasty dent on the right rear fender. Sticks out like a sore thumb. I'm keeping in there with you.

Have you considered gettinga batch of plastic "dealership" type license plates made with your logo like you have on your cards that you have pictured. It would be a classy little detail for this bike as well as any you are working on.

Looks great! I don’t preach but some gloves will save you from all those different chemicals. I don’t want to see you get cancer. Cheers!
