My late wife and I used to go to garage sales, and if I found an old motorcycle for cheap, it would come home with me as a project just like you are doing. I would fix them up like you are doing, ride them for a while, and then sell them. I truly enjoyed doing that. Now I have gotten too old to do the work, so I get my enjoyment watching you do it. It’s coming !!! It’s a very cute and nice bike, pretty good « rustoration ». I had pretty good result for removing rust with white vinegar. 24h or more soaking. It’s Cheap, no chemicals, environment frendly.
Have you considered gettinga batch of plastic "dealership" type license plates made with your logo like you have on your cards that you have pictured. It would be a classy little detail for this bike as well as any you are working on.

Dont know if you can get it in the uk we use autosol autolube no brass brush no scratches just squeeze the tube get a cloth then clean
