It’s coming !!! It’s a very cute and nice bike, pretty good « rustoration ». I had pretty good result for removing rust with white vinegar. 24h or more soaking. It’s Cheap, no chemicals, environment frendly.
Have you considered gettinga batch of plastic "dealership" type license plates made with your logo like you have on your cards that you have pictured. It would be a classy little detail for this bike as well as any you are working on.

Dont know if you can get it in the uk we use autosol autolube no brass brush no scratches just squeeze the tube get a cloth then clean
