    I always suspected the episiotomy that I got during my first birth had something to do with my pelvic floor problems. Interesting enough, 14 years later I can finally feel the perineum again and at the same time can actually feel and willfully target my pelvic floor muscles for the first time. I don't know what led to the healing after such a long time, I believe it was doing yoga and exercising regularly. There's hope even after

    I actually need to do pelvic floor relaxation/lengthening, not contractions/kegels, but seeing the musculoskeletal model in layers was extremely helpful.

      @@PelvicRehabDoc pls make a video for relieving back pain, I do kegel exercises. But still after pregnancy my back pain is becoming terrible. Pls suggest relevant exercises

    Hello, i had an accident and broke my right pelvic, doctor didn't operate and suggested bedrest, its been almost 6weeks, when should i start trying to walk or sit by myself?

    Hi ma'am, I did the contrast MRI and Dr said 3 small tumors on my pelvic floor.
    Is it cureable or surgery required..??
