  • This is the sixth workout in my 7-Day Seniors Workout Challenge. 10 minutes a day for 7 days to keep active, boost our energy and improve our mood.
    10 moves | 35 seconds work | 25 seconds rest
    Butt kick punches
    Sumo pulse and stant
    Lunge hold (left)
    Lunge hold (right)
    Knees to elbows
    Squat knee lifts
    Glute bridge
    Kickbacks (left)
    Kickbacks (right)
    Front crawl

    Than you Joe. This has really helped me. I was 23 stone when I started, and this helped me to get moving and release my joints.

    Love these bite size challenges for seniors and the ones you are doing for children as everyone has 10 mins and easy to fit in at least once a day if not twice so thanks as always Joe!

    Liked this one because it was all done standing up. I do find the exercises that involve getting down on the floor more difficult!

    NARROWBOAT I have a very narrow area so I have to concentrate on not knocking my decorative plates off the wall😂
