- This is the sixth workout in my 7-Day Seniors Workout Challenge. 10 minutes a day for 7 days to keep active, boost our energy and improve our mood.
10 moves | 35 seconds work | 25 seconds rest
Butt kick punches
Sumo pulse and stant
Lunge hold (left)

Knees to elbows

Liked this one because it was all done standing up. I do find the exercises that involve getting down on the floor more difficult!
