- Our journey to the beautiful lake of Rara begins with a flight from Kathmandu to Talcha airport via Nepalgunj from where we head out for a mesmerizing journey to reach the biggest and one of the most beautiful lake in Nepal!
Travel Itinerary:
Day 1: Kathmandu to Talcha via Nepalgunj by flight. Hike to Rara.
Day 2: Explore the scenic viewpoint of Murma top, walk around the lakeside and boating across Rara lake.
Day 3: Hike back to Talcha airport. Talcha to Kathmandu by flight via Nepalgunj.

Have watched other videos on RARA Lake in TH-cam but this one feels the best. I appreciate the hard work put on by the team to show us the heaven portion of this beautifully blessed country by the mother Nature. It so soul touching. The gentle waves of water of RARA pounds the heartbeat to the other level. Wow! its truly a magical place. If only there is a wide and luxurious road in the pathway to RARA then I am cent percent sure that this will be the best part to show to the entire world that what is Nepal composed of.

4:05 This is not the same Rapti as in Chitwan. The river in Meghauli you are talking about is tributary of Narayani and is called Rapati. This river is Rapti as in the Rapti zone of Nepal and is tributary of Karnali river.

One of my dream destination
👍👍👍 Beautiful presentation. Had done this trek on last week of Oct - 2013, started trek from Jumla, crossed KTS School, Cherechaur (where tiger just killed a goat), Nyaurighat, Bhulbhule. Trees were changing colours, water was crystal clear (unbelievable), the deep blue shades of water looked unreal, normal photos were looking photoshopped such was the depth of blue color, unspeakable wonderful experience 🤗🤗🤗. Trekking back to Pina we also crossed Chuchumara Top( as told by Guide) with 360 degree view, Shishapangma peak was visible. Trek was very tough, seems trek route has altered 😢.

Nice vlog, nicer location. Though I visited Nepal twice, I was unaware of Rara lake. Anyway I have visited Phewa & Begnas lake, they were fabulous! Please provide captions wherever applicable. Take care.

Nepal doesnt have big lakes but from what it has.. Rara is the biggest one and then fewa and Begnas are 2nd and 3rd largest.. Rupa is the 4th largest lake which is very next to Begnas…

I’m Tibetan refugee born and grown up in Sikkim, India. Where local speak only Nepali so my tie with Nepali is very special. I spent 4 year of my life in Kathmandu from 2013-2017. I always feel Nepal my second motherland. Presently I’m living in Canada for pass 4 years now. Here I always watch Nepali vlogs like prank, travels etc. So far your channel is the best.
