The roads I’m China are absolutely perfect so no problem although it took us 45 days. Hopefully we can drive from Tibet into Nepal someday as I believe it can’t be done yet. Thank you kindly. We entered Tibet from Kathmandu so yes there is road connection and you can traverse through Nepal towards Tibet or vice versa. There was no difficulty with Visa. We have shared some travel photos and details here: www.nepal360.blog/kailash

Kyirong is at much lower altitude than all surrounding areas as it is called valley (Kyi Rong). Tibetan call people from plains and valley as Rongpa. Often this could mm want both Indian and Nepalese. Though there is a specific name for India (Gya Gar) and Nepal (Bel Yul). Technically Bel Yul refers to Kathmandu. Nepalese (Bel Po).
