Thank you for all your FX30 content Jason. I’m an F55 user that picked up an FX30 as a B cam for my projects and your content has been my favorite. Thank you again.
The comparison you did regarding colors is actually super interesting for general optical quality, looks like they improved a ton compared to the older 3 lenses. The 75 looks by far the best, the 16 is also a bit soft but I can't see the CAs that the other 3 have. Looks like 75 >>> 16 >>> 33 > 23 >>> 56. I wouldn't consider these for an everyday lens like a 23mm that is on the camera a lot but certainly for niche focal lengths like 16 and 75, they seem very nice without breaking the bank.
exactly i see only 1-2 youtubers doing this comparasion. currently on dilema on which one should i take. iknow sirui is cheaper but i wanna know whats the advatange of viltrox with that extra price.
Hi Jason, I have a question. I was planning to buy the Viltox 75mm 1.2 for my Sony a6700, and seeing this new Sirui series, I wanted to ask you, which one do you recommend more, the Viltrox 75 or the Sirui 75? I want to use it in a hybrid way for both video and photography. Is it worth the price difference for the Viltrox? Thank you!
The Viltrox is obviously way better but I'm considering the Sniper for my a6700 for these reasons. Filter size since my Cinebloom and VND are both 67mm and the Viltrox is 77mm. I would have to buy all new filters in 77mm, and also weight and price.
Hey Jason I have a question 🙋♂️ I have the 16mm and I do tech videos and for some reason it just won’t focus on my iPhone 16 pro max screen just a blurry mess I’m also shooting on the Sony zve10 mark 2 please lmk if I’m doing something wrong thanks
VILTROX All the way! Everytime I pick this up it just leaves me wanting to take it out more! def a little heavier but I personally like that in a lens.
Jason, god damnit i love your videos and all the shots you're taking. They look amazing! Thanks for the insights of these lenses, as i'm very interested in 75mm glass, can i ask you a question: Do you think you could make a comparison video between the Sirui 75mm f1.2 and the Viltrox 75mm f1.2 with your FX30? Im thinking about getting one of these, since the Viltrox is just soo good in every aspect im very interested in the differences between those two - especially in video mode. Thanks in advance, hope you're doing great man. All the best!
@@LuyandaNdlela do you understand how much work it takes to make these videos? I don't think he's going to make more time to find another video for you when you can easily take some time yourself to watch some shorts...not hard to find...

Man that 75 is stunning. I’m adding that to my wishlist
Yeah I love the image that comes out of it.
Love that manufacturers are bringing a small form factor for APS-C sensors.

Siriu 75mm 1.2 vs Viltrox 75mm 1.2 ?
Yes please!

what about the 33mm and 56mm ones?
So SIRUI Sniper Series 23/33/56mm F1.2 also have great autofocus with FX30 after update? Or 16&75 have better one? Thanks in advance
Yeah they do. Check Alexandru Don video. He films BMX with them and the focus was on point the whole time
which sniper lens is most sharp? between 16mm, 23mm, 33mm, 56mm and 75mm

Viltrox the best
Viltrox is optically insane but the 75 Sirui looks like the best of the Siruis and very decent overall, given it's more than 200g lighter

This Sniper f/1.2 series or Nightwalker T/1.2 series for Video? I couldn't find comparison of these 2 lens yet. Which one would you recommend?
This would be a great video! Waiting for that comparison too
Jason, did you experience focus hunting on these lenses? I am getting it pretty bad on my a6700 and no firmware update from Sirui yet on these.
did you use diffusion filters on these? The night street scene especially looks like you did. Or is that the rendering of the lens?
Please make a V/s video between Sirui Sniper series and Sigma series lenses.

Damn I wish they worked for fx3
Hi Jason, can i ask if the FOCUS MAP works on this lenses? And do you know if focus map works on manual cine lenses (night walkers)
Have you tried using the Moment 1.33X anamorphic adapter on the Sirui 75 1.2 wide open?
Now you left me in doubt lol
Viltrox 75mm 1.2 pro vs Sirui 75mm 1.2?
VILTROX All the way! Everytime I pick this up it just leaves me wanting to take it out more! def a little heavier but I personally like that in a lens.
the viltrox is a beast!
If you could only get one of these, which would you get?
What tiny light is your rim/hair light? That little thing is amazing!
Just a small 60W light with a projector on it
Can this lens be used for macro food photography?
Is there vignetting in 75mm 1.2 max opening?
Definitely picking up the 16mm 👌🏻👌🏻
Awesome lenses
@@ss.1121 these lenses? These ones are sharp for f1.2 lenses. Stop down to f2/2.8 for peak sharpness as shown in the video
@@ss.1121 for client work they won’t be able to see the difference.
Can’t find 75mm in store Jason. Where to buy

Yeah I think I will do that video. Sounds like there would be a few people wanting to know
How did you get a slow shutter shot , at a high frame rate ? (the train )
Watch my IG reel. I explain it
You also have this comment section. You have many reels on IG, I don’t know how you expect me to find the answer.
@@LuyandaNdlela far too difficult to explain the process in a comment. I don’t know what you expect me to do here

Hey Jason the link doesn't appear to work at least for me
They just fixed it
I used to like how the sigma 16mm f1.4 look on full frame
Yeah large coverage
how in the world did you not do more testing with clear image zoom to see how little zoom we can get away with.
Nice glass at a get off your A$% price!
Haha exactly!
