alicia redding it was challenging but not as much as I talked myself into believing it was. Reading the exam book and reading the definitions in the back of the exam book did not help me. I wrote down small key words from prepAgents vocabulary video. I downloaded real estate exam for dummies app and took practice quizzes with it everyday. I listened to PrepAgents videos everyday. I devoted at least 2 hours per day until my test.
"Laches" is allegedly from French law. Sound it out like lay-shee, not because that's the correct pronunciation, but because it sounds like "lazy." Laches = lay-shee = lazy = delay. 😊
When people describe MARIA and say "agreement" for the first A, rather than the last, please don't tell them no - you have done this before in other videos; confusing the poor person. It doesn't matter which "A" they say first. Your personal order does not have to prevail. But otherwise, thank you for all you do. Your videos are most helpful. And yes, don't eat breakfast while working with a client.
L O'Brien Agreement is good to remember at the end because it trumps all of them which can confuse you on a test if questioned. Depends on how you look at it. I understand your side though.
You asked about what net lease is. And the answer was the tenant pays rent+taxes+insurance+ maintenace. Wouldnt it be NNNLease. And net lease would be only pays the rent and taxes?
