Audra, HI! I'm just emailing to see WHAT exactly did you do to pass the CA real estate exam. I'm asking as that I'm taking an independent course w 4 books provided by Allied Real Estate School. I wonder if you have heard of it but nevertheless, the hardest thing with this is that there is no school setting, so I really wonder when I'm doing Chapter reading for the respective chapter in all 4 books? So, I wonder if this appproach would be similair to yours? Thank you.

Wow! I just have to say thank you and I really cant say it enough. I have passed my 75hr class and have been studying to take my NY state exam for the past two months or so. I attempted to take my exam just off of my course knowledge which was similar to yours and I failed it twice. I knew I needed to switch it up and while searching TH-cam I stumbled across your videos and attempted to give it a shot. I figured I had a few weeks before my exam and wanted to see if hearing it from another persons point of view would help and it did. I think the most helpful thing was learning the acronyms and the key words and phrases to associate with words once you hear them. I think that helped me get through it I went into my test more confident and was able to understand the questions a lot better due to studying the vocabulary the way you suggested. Thanks again.

I had my exam in CT yesterday through PSI. Atleast 6 questions involved cap rate and I didn't study it!! I know all exams aren't the same but I definitely suggest studying it before exam day. I ended up passing both portions and have to say if it was not for this channel I probably would not have. Best of luck to everyone on their exams!!!

So collateral on a loan, relating to the question at 12:56, is that considered a general lien? Which I guess could open up things such as crops for example.

Could you clarify? at 11:45 you had asked if she knew another type specific lien, she answered Mortgage first which was correct then she said an easement, you replied "No, because an Easement has to do with money". I know that is not the correct answer but I was really confused with your reply because you always talk about associating Liens as always having to do with money, right?

The question about outdated plumbing...can that technically considered curable physical deterioration since the plumbing can easily be replaced and up to date as opposed to the example where the lady in the wheelchair with a house that's 5 stories?
Not necessarily. If the plumbing job is big enough and the property is in a real bad neighborhood or for some reason not worth enough, the cost to upgrade plumbing might be incurable.

Hi I really enjoy listening and learning from your Prep Agent but, the only thing that sort of bothered me, was that you stated it annoys you when someone ask you a question and the answers are sitting right there. You have to remember people take information in differently and learn differently and if you are presenting yourself Joe to help the public in teaching someone it should never annoy you and if it does maybe keep that comment to yourself so it doesn't offend anyone. No disrespect just stating my opinion.
Dude, the audio sucks. This is a very hard video to watch/listen too. When your people don’t know the question or answer, makes it very difficult to learn or remember.
This feels like a one on one class with a bad microphone. It's not good for me, but I love the other videos. I find this one hard to follow and very distracting.

it's not quite enough to say an appurtenant easement goes with the land. Dont all easements "go with the land"? Flesh that concept out more please.
He means it goes with the sale of the land. Some easements end when the one using it dies and don't pass to the new owners or heirs.
