I would love if they went with a 2D-3D style for these games. They very much cracked the code for on the DS. Think of it, with the critical and commercial success of the Octopath games and the nostalgia the 2D Pokémon games have why not? With PC resources, they can definitely do this. Plus, the Pokémon sprites could have even more animations during battle!

Mega Evolution was in my perspective, introduced a generation late. Mega Evolution could enhance the story of Black and White.

If the BW Remakes are like what Mystic Umbreon suggests then I might be sold on them if there just a BW version of BDSP with no modern improvements and amenities then I’ll sit those games out as I don’t have an emotional attachment to that Generation. TBH I don’t expect much out of the Pokémon Presents next week other than maybe a BW remake announcement but I’m all for being surprised.

Because I feel there is a lot of unknown unown lore connected to legends arceus a legends unova game doesn't feel right. Legends Johto fits if the unown are connected.
Unova being connected to Paldea, leans toward connecting unova, alola, and paldea in my mind and the relic items from the relic castle, eventually becoming mons similar to the treasures of ruin.
I believe there's a lot to unova that we still dont know because theres 2000 years of missing unovan history on the bulbapedia article for unova.
A mysterious flood took out a village before a bridge was built and I've always wondered why there wasn't a water type legend responsible for that flood that the dragons could come together against because both fire and electric are connected by water with fire being weak to it and electricity strong against it.

It would be possible that the overworld Ability effects will come back. However, starting a file would be confusing like having the game tell you "Choose your appearance" as opposed to Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX asking "Do you want to play as a boy or a girl?". The Exp. Share setting would be gone too since that happened in BDSP while the original DP have the Exp. Share held items. Just do not suddenly buy the Pokémon games as you will never know what content you are going to get. Even the early purchase bonuses like the Manaphy Egg in BDSP are tempting.

Anyone else in hope that the pokemon black&white remake is a single game instead of two? Its nearly guranteed they are gonna try charging 70USD for it, and there is ZERO reason to make two games at this point anyway since the hardware doesnt have that limit and more than 95% of people who buy a pokemon game only get one or the other. Making a singular game would also let them focus on making a game that isnt 30% bugs and glitches..
Also, they already own the rights to pokemon grey and pokemon gray (This one is to prevent anyone from making a gray just because they cant make a grey. Trademark is weird about specifics)
Seeing so many people have so much hype and expectations for a new remake is hilarious considering what happened with BDSP, so the same thing will surely happen, we will have a mediocre product that does not meet any expectations, people will complain and buy it anyway only to look forward to the next remake.🤣
I thought the protagonist from black n white were sent into the mystery dungeon series bc they failed their quest.

If it's going to be a remake, I ptay it's like HGSS or ORAS. Please for the love of God don't make it a remake like BDSP. The gen 4 remakes were just so disappointing. They didn't even have the platinum stuff in the game. Please gamefreak, listen to the fans when it comes to the gen 5 remakes. DONT MESS THIS UP GAMEFREAK!!!
Just make the legends catching and evolution system stay, please anything else feels too dated

I believe it be faithful remakes of BW with almost zero content from BW2 because BW2 content being in it makes no sense. They would have something like DNA splicers for form changes. But no major stuff from BW2. The remakes will also not be in open world. BDSP did had added content such as Ramanas Park and Hideaways. BDSP and FRLG are good examples of remakes. Not HGSS and ORAS. Legends Unova sounds awful much like Legends Arceus was. BW3 is never going to happen.
