I saw the movie at the Nickelodeon Theater in Boston when it came out and I got it on Laserdisc when it got it's video release. I have a hard time watching him go cold turkey in Ernie Hudson's apartment. I had that experience many times. Like every other movie about addiction, they mention the sweating, vomiting, discomfort but they never mention the severe diarrhea and toxic dreams and how things don't seem right emotionally. Anyway, that was always my experience.

Novak. Give this a read . I’m a police officer . During these times I would be curious if you could give some insight . Not for drug addiction but more the emotional distress and stigma all police are going through . I have some questions that maybe you could Answer or address due to all the knowledge you have attained through personal battles . You’re a busy guy but you may be a person to seek for some clarity . Thanks bud. Plus I think what we talk about could be a good subject to address to maybe keep some unity going in a time of divide . Never know . This isn’t pro or anti police . Just human struggle .

HAHA…dude I got arrested at that White Marsh AMC….girl I was with, her ex boyfriend was at a bar right next door and I ended up having to fight that idiot…then he pressed charges….he also got charged for assault because he spit on me, smfh…no real man spits on another
