- We worked with a client (event planner) to make 3D jumbo letters for sweet 16 and Quinceanera. This isn't our first go around with letters, but have landed on a style and technique that is sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, and affordable. Enjoy!

Great craftsmanship!!
Thank you.
Hi. Great work. For the plywood pieces, did you cut them that thin from a 4x8 board or did you start of with the long strip as shown in your video
They were all scraps from previous projects. All different widths.
What kind of band saw do you have. I’ve only say them at 10”. I don’t see how that would work.
@@vb1914 any spots you cant get with the bandsaw, use a jigsaw. You can use a jigsaw for the entire project if needed.
How long are the 1/2in plywood your cutting and how are you determining where to place them?
They are about 3”. Placement is based on the ease of getting to them with the nail gun to attach the sides.
@@BasemeantWRX thank you for the fast response. I’ll be trying these out later on today.
you should add all the material list you used ,,please incuding the tools as some people like me do not know the name
Good call out. We can do that going forward.
what type of material is used for the letters?
1/8” eucaboard tempered hardboard
What was that you sprayed after you applied the wood glue and what size nails did you use?
Prior to putting on the wood glue, i use 2P10 instant glue to hold in place so i can keep working and not have to wait for the wood glue to dry. The spray is the activator for the instant glue that helps it cure immediately. Nail size is 5/8” 18 gauge brad nails.
@@BasemeantWRX Thanks 😊 i want to do this project too :D
Great video. Thank you. What about materials detailed list? Thanks
Thanks.
1/8” euca board
