I highly recommend a tide stain remover pen. i got a 5 pack from Target for my markets, and one has lasted me 10 markets. i'm a messy eater, so i use it every market. its so helpful if you get stains on your clothes.
I have a bin that I call my ‘tool box’. I bring it to every show. It has all the things you listed plus other things like baby wipes, glass cleaner, Lysol spray, and clamps. I have built this from years of doing shows and learning from other vendors. Hope this helps ❤️🧶
Thank you so much for this video! I had my first market 2 days ago and it went so smoothly because I had an emergency kit set up! It saved my butt and got me another sale when someone wanted a pom added to a pom-less beanie and I had spare poms along with yarn and a needle in my emergency kit! I made 7x my booth fee and sold out of amigurumi in 2.5 hours. Thanks to you and your videos I also knew what kind of table cloth to have, how to display my items, and how to price things according to my audience. Now I need to get crocheting again to build up some more stock for when I decide to do it again! Also, my best selling beanies were the ones made in my Addi machine with Bernat Velvet yarn. Everyone loved how soft they were and how stretchy to fit all different sizes of heads. You should definitely try selling those!
Great list! I also like to have an order pad/receipt book in case someone wants a special order, something I’ve sold out, or multiples. Also a small stapler/staples to attach my business card to the order receipt. Chap stick/lipstick also.
Thank you for making this video I am currently too far away to do craft shows and I don't have a car, but I will still be making an emergency kit for when I do shows.
Socks , u never know wen you may need them xx ladies personal items as Mother Nature can be a pain xx Ur hello kitty reporters pad looks like our British shopping list pad xxx
Tide pens are also super handy!! Can't tell you how many times I've spilt coffee on myself trying to get set up and had to whip a tide pen out of my purse lol
😁 oh my I must be old. I immediately thought of a Caboodle I used as a young girl for hair accessories. Either way it’s a great idea to store things and carry.
I have a kit that contains almost everything I need for set up (table cloths, banner, fairy lights, signage). So far, I've mostly done indoor shows although I have done a couple of outdoor ones. I'm thinking I need to have a supplementary kit for outdoor shows including the bungee cords, duct tape, rope, etc. One thing I always bring is some form of clips, like bulldog / binder clips or clothespins. I also like to bring those wet wipes for my own personal use. It's kind of the same as hand sanitizer but I like to have them along as well. Another thing I like to have with me is double sided tape, especially alien tape. It's so strong yet comes off without leaving any residue behind.
Fantastic video again! watched it the whole way through. I would include a sanitary pad in my emergency kit.. just incase I got my period in the middle of an All-day craft show :)💓
I’ve been wanting to do a checklist lol. Every single time I go somewhere, one of the things that I need or really wanna bring either I forget to bring or leave it there. No matter what it is. I was going to do art commissions at my last market, and forgot the papers to show people! I had some scattered around my room though so I couldn’t have anyone go back and grab them 😭
Oh no!! I'm sorry that happened! When I don't use a checklist, I inevitably forget something! Even though it can sometimes feel tedious, having that objective resource in front of you can really help!
Thanks for the list! I would add a towel! My first and only show so far was outside in the rain and even though I had a canopy, displays, etc got wet! A towel would have been super handy. Paper towels would have been ok, but a towel even better.
Towels are a great idea! Personally, we have a separate emergency kit in the truck that has larger things like towels, but keeping a small one with you for a show is a great idea!
One of my first shows I forgot to bring duct tape, and it was the only really windy show I've ever done (I just started this Autumn). Long story short, never again will I ever forget to bring duct tape.
Anything else I should pack in my emergency kit? Let me know here!💖⬇️
sunscreen and chapstick

Baby wipes are the best to bring for quick cleanups. Hands, tables, chalk boards, etc
Yes! That’s such a good thing to remember!

That does help a lot! Thank you for sharing!
I take a sewing kit everywhere I go 😅 you wouldn’t believe how many times it has saved me 😅
I totally believe you!! I need to start making sure I have one!

Oh, and also corsage pins. I use them to pin certain hats or ear warmers to the foam heads.
Those are all such great things to have in your kit! Thanks for sharing!
Great video. You are adorable. I enjoy watching your videos.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you're enjoying the videos :)
I have my first craft show this weekend and this info is SO helpful! Thank you 🫶

@camryns_cute_creations it was amazing. A bunch of the things you suggested to bring came in handy, too!
Thanks Camryn!! Great idea. I love you channel. I’ve shared your info with 3 of my friends. I’m in Puyallup WA. 😊
