Good video, but after using these tips at craft shows, here’s some thoughts I had
    - Sometimes when I say “Hi! How are you?”, people just sheepishly nod their head and awkwardly stand at my booth for a while more. What should I do to get them out of their shell? Or should I just let them be because they don’t seem to want to talk?
    - How much should I talk about my products? Like, sometimes I look at the people around the event and think “oh, that person would LOVE my stuff” but I always feel uncomfortable trying to bring someone’s attention to my booth. Even if they’re AT my booth, I still feel uncomfortable talking about that. I don’t want to feel like I’m just there to make money, but also, you need to pay off the vendor fees. Do you have any tips on that?
    - Occasionally, people ask how I make my products (btw I’m not a crocheter, I make stickers and pins) and… most of the time, I’m not sure if they would understand what I’m saying? Like, with what I do there’s a lot of machines involved, and I don’t really want to explain what a Cricut is for the millionth time. Do you have any suggestions on how to simplify the explanation for people who are unaware?
    - I get a lot of comments on how they could make my products themselves, it really hits me in the gut and I can only muster a “haha, yeah…” I feel like I should have a clever comeback to those people, but also I want to be professional and calling someone an idiot just isn’t that
    - Some people have given me some amazing compliments, but I don’t know how to wholeheartedly appreciate their comment other than a nervous thank you, and it feels like they don’t know how much it means to me
Anyways, if you already talked about these topics it would be great if you directed me to it, thanks.

My advice (sorry for a late response) is
#1. Just don’t, they’ll talk in their own time, and often people like that will appreciate your silentness and buy a product.
#2. I like to engage in basic chit chat as long as they’re there, but make it basic chit chat so they can walk away easy.
#3. As someone who as a Cricut, I just say it’s an advanced automatic cutting machine. If they want to know more, then they can, and they’re genuinely interested, not bored with over details.
#4. “True, but you’re supporting a small and ethical business!” *small laugh*
#5. I always respond with a genuine smile and instead of just thank you I say “Thank you, I really appreciate that!” That simple “I really appreciate that” makes all the difference.

I am extremely introverted. I am extremely grateful to you for sharing these EASI 😉 tips. I think like you said you definitely can't live in you head and start spending the whole time second guessing what you're saying to people, because then you're not enjoying the experience and may not be as welcoming. I definitely have a habit of rehashing every conversation mentally.
I think the thing I keep telling myself lately is that we're all the same, we all get self-conscious and have bad days and knowing that we're all going through the same things makes it a little less intimidating.
