Funny tidbit. I was just on a flight with wifi so I turned on the MrT videos for relaxation. The person sitting next to me tapped me on the shoulder and asked what I was watching, and then she began watching on her tablet. The person behind her saw it, and asked her what she was watching and shared and he began watching on his laptop. For a 5 hour flight that is all we saw , and who knows how many more. Was an amazing and relaxing flight. Thanks MrT.

Never heard of sausage rolls here in the usa. Found a recipe video from the UK. I have been making them for my family. They love them. I wish we could get them in the United States. We had a brunch after Mass last Sunday, so i made about 75 sausages rolls. Everyone was going crazy over them. I used premade sausage, added sage, caramelized onions and mushrooms, some mashed potatoes snd breadcrumbs yo the mix Made them. Sooo good. There were none left.

Split and lightly toasted... 1/2 slice of bacon on each half to make an open face two fried eggs on each with a piece of American cheese on top sandwich. Now, for us diabetics foodies, it's only 24 carbs... with the rest being protein. I can see doing it with sausage patties or a small piece of ham... Of course I know in your case you're feeding some hard working folks... But the choices could be amazing with all the ingredients you already have prepped. OMG... I have to get out of bed now and get cooking .. Once again, you have made me STARVING!!! Gladys

I saw this video and had to make them myself for my colleagues at work. Some even came back for more! :) Anyway, thank you very much for your videos, it is always a pleasure to watch!
Absolutely brilliant - and quality is amazing too. I'm happy for you that this time it was a success, though I would think croissants the next day become soft. They are crispy the first day they are made, but nonetheless, still edible :P I always watch those videos before going to bed, and hungry too, but it relaxes me, cheers and keep it up.

It is not uncommon to have chips or French fries as we call them in the breakfast menu where I come from, it is usually served with fried eggs ( over easy) and sausage or luncheon meat. There is also small tossed and seasoned potatoes to be served with scrambled eggs on the side. Greeting from the Caribbean!!
it takes a smart chef to repurpose leftover prepped/cooked items. i have plans to try out colcannon/bubble & squeak with our leftover mashed potatoes and diced salad ingredients (throwing in cabbage as necessary). turning the scraps of dough into little biscuits with rosemary/thyme/oregano was a great success and i'd love to build on that. did you season the sausage meat at all, or were they simply balls of sausage mince? i may have missed you hitting the smashed patty with salt and pepper, my bad if that's the case. another great vid, thank you!

A croissant with meat and cheese and sauce is not weird I'd eat that it's actually really good it's very popular where I'm from but I guess you guys feel it's only a breakfast item ? I used to eat croissants with turkey bacon tomato and lettuce with mayo it's so good maybe try that as a special one time

Hi, thank you. Sure, you can just flip the eggs, but I prefer to use the torch as it allows me to cook the egg over easy without ruining the appearance 👌😊👍
You are worried too much about butter. My friend works for 5 Guys, they use two whole sticks if butter just for one burger. Those burgers will kill you. Anyway. You're an amazing cook and extremely patient with the customers.
I have to admit I thought the croissant sandwiches were a little weird too. This is just my thought because I associate croissants with breakfast. I could destroy two of these breakfast delicacies! My only addition would be some melty cheese.
