- Turkish grilled Sandwiches on a Moped are one of the most Classic Turkish Street Foods, which we would like to introduce to you in this “Street Food Berlin Germany” Episode.
With his “Hilalköfte Street Food” Moped Stand, Ali from Kreuzberg offers fresh grilled Kofta, Meatball Sandwiches as well as grilled Sucuk, Turkish Garlic Sausage and Vegetable Fritters on a turkish Kumru Bread every day with a choice of fresh Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers, Lettuce and Homemade Sauces. He even sells a Plate of Rice on the small Counter.
We accompany him and his Mobed for a Day on one of his Daily Tours through Berlin to Karl-August-Platz in Charlottenburg. Carefully and lovingly prepared to bring its Guests the Original Taste of Turkish Street Food to Berlin. Affiyet Olsun!

Respekt. Wie viel Liebe und Freude an dem Job steckt in diesem Mann. Habe selbst jahrelang einen Verkaufswagen für Fisch gehabt und kenne die Hygienevorschriften für Deutschland. Alleine die Genehmigung muß eine Tortour gewesen sein. Mein nächster Besuch in Berlin wird mich genau dahin führen.

ein gelernter alman koch mit einer speziellen vorliebe für die anatolische küche :)
In Deutschland ist halt nicht alles schlecht. Dieser Man ist mir viel lieber als Mc. Donalds oder Starbucks und er ist ein teil der Kultur in Deutschland.
Genau so sehen wir das auch.
Der Herr bereitet seine Speisen mit so viel Liebe und Blick fürs Detail zu. Einfach schön zu sehen. Und sein Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ja wohl der Hammer. 7€ für diesen Riesen Sandwich, oder 10€ für den Teller. Absolut genial 🤩

Da kann ich mich nur anschließen.
Ich kann gar nicht sagen warum, aber das ist absolut entspannend dem bei der Arbeit zuzugucken :D
Neben der französischen und chinesischen Küche gehört die türkische Küche zu den drei Weltküchen. Meine Vermieter sind Türken und das seit mehr als 20 Jahren und wohnen im gleichen Haus. Da bekommt schon etwas mehr mit als nur Döner und Co. . Am liebsten mag ich Manti und Çiğ Köfte, vegan und mit Fleisch. Könnte ich jeden Tag essen. Wer interesse hat, hier auf TH-cam gibt es einen drei Teiler glaub drei Stunden über die türkische Küche. Einmal vom Osten der Türkei bis nach Istanbul. Ich mag generell jede Küche, vor allem kommt man sich durchs gemeinsame Essen näher und baut eventuell Vorurteile ab. Ich mag dieses Format hier sehr.

Ne da sehe ich die Türken weit unten eher die persische küche ganz weit vorne von dir persischen küche haben türken sich viel angeschaut aber persisch ist halt champions leage

Meine Frau ist Iranerin und ich kenn die Persische Küche seit Jahrzehnten und wenn ich ehrlich sein muss gehört die Persische Küche weit und Breit nicht in die Top 10.. für mich nicht mal in irgendeine Top Position.. Alles wird mit Safran zubereitet, eure komischen Getrockneten Zitronen sind echt pfui. Es gibt also so viel zu erzählen, ich hör aber lieber auf, vielleicht liest das meine Frau ja zufällig 😅😅.. und reden wir erst gar nicht drüber wer von wem was abgeschaut hat….
@user-en8pi2yi4w Türkei ist seit yahrhunderten ein viel völker Staat daher ist die Türkische Küche viel seitig sei es fleischgerichte gemüse gerichte teig gerichte eingemachtes und suppen sogar fisch gerichte 😅

It is amazing to witness such drastic changes in social norms within a human life-time . When i was a kid , we used to watch senior German citizens complaining about scent of turkish foods waving their streets on TV . Now Germans even claim the origin of Turkish foods . I guess beauty always find a way of acceptance..
