Just got a 1980 K5 and stuck between lowering or lifting it but after seeing this im leaning to lowering . Awesome truck the camper gives it that finish look love it .

My husband's name is Rick, and hopefully ( this time) that means this is a good omen.
You see, we just bought an 84 Silverado version of a low miles Suburban!
Ours has a much different paint job from the factory though.
It's red, but with silver on the lower half of the sides.
A friend mentioned that this means it was put together with both, the Silverado package, and the Siera package.
Only about 1500 dollars to bring the interior back, and so far, she runs like a dream!
Loved the video,...especially after seeing his mid-eighties grill in that short box!

Love both looks, It’s aways good to have options. I switch back and forth all the time from my American racing TT’s to the steelies just to keep it interesting. SQRBDY merch is killer, really like the designs they create, i rep it all the time. Keep up the good work.

I just went on the SQRBDY site. The K5 Blazer he has I saved pics of it from Google a couple years ago for inspiration on a K5 I didn’t even own yet. Badass truck. I wanted that lift and stance so that’s what I did when I bought mine except I went with 18x12s to have a little of that big wheel look. Perfect lift and tire size for a daily driver.

@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS TH-cam is as social as I get LOL. No FB,Twitter,IG, etc. I have been thinking of branching out only because of trucks and truck parts. I had to use my wife’s FB to use all the square body pages to find and buy the K5 I have LOL. So I finally see a positive in social medias.
@@sqrbdy_c10 Badass C10 as well. I had a 2WD 77 K5 years ago and regretted getting rid of it ever since. When it was time to get me something else I bought another K5 this go around because I can justify the purchase with taking the family out and enjoying it. It is my primary driver almost daily. A C10 is on the list once I clear out the driveway and garage a bit. The K5 is here to stay though.

Just came across this video. Didn't take long to subscribe. Im a square body nut also .. I prefer the round headlight trucks but man thats a beautiful truck and that shell is sick . I've got a 79 k30 crew cab and a 74 c30 . Ima check out the past episodes

I did but for longer road trips we wanted something with a little less db and growl. To be clear, i didn’t have any drone with BW but they are generally louder. I’ll still run them but we’ve been doing a lot of long hauls in the blazer so we decided to go with the ProXS. Same mufflers I have on Teddy too.
