Thank you very much for these videos, been looking for various routines for hip flexibility as been doing kickboxing and need to get more flexibility. Great combination of strength and flex - will let you know how I get on!
HEee Sorearm! thanks for your comment. Cool name btw. Aah yea this helps man. Waaay more control, aiming goes better, and you'll fight lighter and faster. I did muay thai and kick boxing as well, then, I trained my legs like a freak. I had machine legs hehehe, I may post some more of my drills. let me know how your training is going and what type of routine you want!
