There are many things you can find, such as these audio files. The game emphazises the Batfamilies releationship and shows bruces fatherly side. For me it's a very wholesome and enjoyable experience, even if the game is quite a bit unpolished i have a lot of fun.
Hearing Batman of all characters get sentimental in this way was really powerful didn’t fail to make me slightly emotionally. I love the story of Dick Grayson and Bruce Wayne. Props to this game for showing the tragically realistic father son relationship these two have. Bruce was a stubborn bastard but it’s easy to tell he wanted to be a good dad and loved Dick a lot.

During that time she became Oracle. This pretty much follow it's comic books counterpart. In fact, after learning about to court of owls, she specifically said: "I was an Oracle...". After several years of being wheelchair-bound, there was some brilliant medical treatment meant for the people like Babs(whose spine, in the LOWER BACK, was damaged and so that she lost her legs). She underwent surgery, it was success and she returned as Batgirl. It was alluded several times through this game, that Babs was in deed in wheelchair till some point in the story(the one scene that is seared in my mind is when Babs is training with that "training dummy" and she tells Dick, that she has troubles with her LOWER BACK, which is exactly where she was shot). I am not saying this is a sequel, i am not even saying it is the same universe as Arkham series, but it is definitely AFTER Babs was shot and "cured", not "long before".

Not cause Dick was the first, but Dick saw Bruce at growth time in his life that Bruce as Batman and Batman as Bruce had yet to truly master. Bruce gets what Grayson is going thru, they’re the same. These audio logs have always been one of my favorite parts of the Batman games. My favorite has to be the Victor Zaaz audio logs from Arkham City but there are so many good ones. I love this one too.
Of all the people who took up the mantle of Robin he always looked at Dick Grayson as his real son. He absolutely nails the performance here he sounds destroyed and that is exactly the delivery he needed he didnt get caught up in being Batman here he just focused on a playing a father realizing how much his son mattered to him and how badly he screwed up their relationship desperately wanting a chance to see him and be close with him again
This made me think of the new injustice movie when nightwing is killed by accident by damien and bruce loses all composure and eventually breaks down with catwoman later like obviously this is from a different source but I was listening as if this was the injustice batman saying all the things he wished he could've before he died like even the last part "I'll tell him next time he's home" to me sounds like a parent would hasn't accepted their child is gone

This game has lots of issues, it could have been more, so much better, it had lots of potential, but one thing I will say is that I can see that the developers had passion, they liked the lore of the bat family, of batman, they knew, and they did their best to deliver a good story, and I love this, I enjoyed the story, really, especially hearing these audios, listening the characters talk between each other, the family dynamic, wonderful. However, I still can't fully accept the fact that a story like this, that was meant to be played with all the bat family members together, with more lines, was instead developed as a single player run, sure they talked later, but it still missed something you know... I understand that they did it for gameplay reasons, but if they could have found a way, they made a bad call with this kind of gameplay in my opinion.

Your kinda right, when dick was growing up he wanted to be like Bruce, be THE Batman, but as he aged he saw that darkness in Bruce, what drove him and he didn’t want to be that, nor did Bruce want him to become that, he wanted to steer him in the direction to be a better man, and that’s exactly what Bruce did. While Bruce may never be dicks biological father, we all know that Bruce loves him like a father would his son. That’s the beauty of their dynamic, dick is his own man and Bruce aspires to share that light he has just like he does Superman, he may not be perfect but he tries (when the writers let him anyway)
