1/4 cup water
coriander leaves
1/2 cucumber, grated
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder (cumin powder)
1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
pink himalayan salt as needed
1/2 cup besan flour (chickpea flour)
coriander leaves
wood pressed ground nut oil or A2 desi ghee as needed.
