Watcher class is a servant which also regulate the Holy Grail War like ruler and made his own master into a heroic spirit servant. There is also Faker class but I don't know much about it.

Hesphaestion is only registered as Pretender in FGO timeline. In original Fate Stay Night timeline, she is still Faker. Just like Voyager in Fate/Requiem timeline.
It would have been Sakura 7 during Fate/ Extra CCC Planning Stages... But luckily they decided to cut down on the numbers due to time constraints during production... Who knows... The Sakura 7 might materialize down the line in Fate/ Grand Order...
