Hello. I had the same problem. First, I tried to do it with a wma format song, it didn't work. But I tried it with an mp3 format song and it worked. I followed all the steps like in the video. Just check the format of the song you are trying. Maybe it only works with mp3. I don't know. They are saved as microsoft wave sound format. And I'm not happy with the quality at all, I can't use them as backing tracks.

I now fully switched to moises.ai. It splits better and has a very user-friendly interface

It's a new account I had to create on my computer - windows automatically sets all the defaults and everything for the new accounts
