On one flight from New York they skipped my row ( I was alone on that side ) during drinks service. I was awake, not sleeping. I rang the bell and nobody ever showed up . Great service 👍
ItzlemonYT it’s because they let Casey Neistat and Sam Chui fly for free, and knew in advance that they were going to film, so they made it look all nice

Beautiful Review and I loved the tray and the slow pouring sugar ! The tray seemed to be bigger than the items on it. Hope to fly Alitalia one day ! Bella !
So cool. We’re going same flight too next month. 😉 Update 2021 : Just got back from our NCL Epic journey yesterday. It was an amazing experience. Good service and their staff were phenomenal. The only thing the downside was their food in the buffet section “Garden Cafe” which was always same food everyday. So we decided to eat on a different restaurant like Manhattan, Taste, and O’Sheehans. They’re all complimentary and you’ll see it on their freestyle newsletter that they give you every day in your stateroom. The Italy trip was kind of a bummer bec you have to stay with the group. The last group tour called “ Highlights of Sardinia” (?) we had was kind of a rushed. We paid $54 pp which was not worth it at all. The whole time we were on a bus we only stop once to take photos then the tour guide wasn’t that great at all. Oh well. We were planning to go on a tour to Florence although someone said that the Florence wasn’t even open so we decided to just take the Highlights of Sardinia instead. The Barcelona and the Mallorca tour was great bec they let you go on your own. I guess it depends how you feel about it. As I said some people may find it ok. Also I suggest if you’re going to be on your own, try the Hop on Hop off bus. It’s cheaper to just buy the ticket right on the bus stop. There’s quite a few Hop on Hop off busses available. Just be patience when communicating with them coz some of them you really have to talked in a simple English as well as with a hand gestures. Another warning too is their WiFi. You pay extra to get the unlimited WiFi but so slow and can be only use one person at a time(per stateroom). Fortunately I have a data roaming on my phone so I can use my service when on land. On your downtime on NCL, another suggestion too is to go to their shows too. We enjoyed watching the Priscilla the Queen of the Dessert and Burn the Floor were free of charged. You just have to be a little early if you want to get on a good seating while the Zambooka needs reservations. Our flight to Rome, was nice too. We stayed there for two days then went to the port. Please do not try walking on your own bec at first that’s what the guy from our hotel told us that we’re staying at said to us that it’s only 15 mins walked but turned around it wasn’t even walkable. We found out that there’s a shuttle bus you can take from the train station to the port. Costs only €2 pp. This is only if you’re in Rome. It’s quite an experienced. Another experienced we had of our flight was we took the Alitalia airlines. It was fine going to Rome but when coming back home, we discovered that they don’t operate anymore. Luckily we were at the airport early enough that the ticketing service was kind enough to get us on a diff plane bec he said that our Alitalia flight doesn’t exist anymore, lol.
