Yeah, I know what you mean. I went to hear them rehearse, so I was already reassured about the transition. All the new stuff sounds great. I'll be sharing some of it over the next week or so.
Getting there. Don't want to blow the budget, and need to keep some in the can for other use. I predict a version of Money may feature. Also When I leave, which is just gorgeous.
In glorious black and white!!! Brilliant, as always, Mister Lou, sir. Nice photo credit in The Quietus this week, too. Knew video from you would be imminent. Thanks a shit ton, once again.
Yeah! Thanks! Always love a byline in TQ. Some things are better than money, though as they said in the article 'Money' is better than a lot of things. The Lexington uses a lot of haze and red lights, both of which make for low contrast, hard to focus conditions, so the black and white helps in that regard, and fits the legendary occasion. I will post some footage from the Thursday when I get a chance, though it was really dark then and I was front row mosh, so jittery to say the least at times. (the footage, not me. I was of course in my element) Glad to be able to oblige you all out there, the growing family. x
odiumimbues maybe he forgot. I'm not a guitar player, so didn't spot the minutiae, but a couple of times I thought it didn't sound quite 'right' he must have his reasons I guess.
This is super good. The records never really hit me the right way, but that rendition of "whitest boy" is fantastic and I'm really enjoying Serfs Up. Are all of their shows this high energy?
Yeah, Serfs Up! is a great record. Their live performances never having been quite encapsulated on vinyl. I sat in on one of their rehearsals for this gig, so was reassured that they were going to smash it with the new songs live, even though they had gone through a fair amount of hell to get there. I think if anything they were a little bit tentative onstage here, making sure they got the new stuff nailed. Yeah Whitest sounds pretty great here. Love when the bass and kick drum drops at the start! If you delve through my channel you can trace them back to 2011 to watch the evolution of the live shows.
I was anxious how Feet would sound live but it sounds fucking incredible! Can’t wait for the new album.

Awesome footage. I can't wait for the Dublin show my ticket is in the post. Dee Dee Ramone is back from the dead on bass.
So many new tunes on the set list! Please upload more!
