    Video request: what you eat in a day. I’ve been following weston a price style diet for many years but have been listening to a lot of Ray Peats interviews and implementing some of his stuff, but I’m landing kind of in the middle of these 2… would love to know your thoughts and also how you got to where you’ve currently landed your diet.

      Ooo this is such a great idea! I feel like my journey is VERY similar to yours and I'm right there with you balancing them both, working with what feels right for us!

    This was such a fun video to watch!! We've made gummies with our homegrown peaches we froze. We added a bit of orange juice to help them blend up into a liquid before adding gelatin and heating and that really helped! I'd love to know other flavors you make. I'm always on the hunt for more versions to try! 🍑✨

      Homegrown peach gummies sounds delicious!! I'm going to have to try this with frozen peaches... sadly not homegrown haha. And thats so clever adding orange juice! I think that's what I'll do with the cherries next time is add some cherry juice to it to help it out with the blending, and that way it also wouldn't be so dense.
      I've made them with the apple juice from azure. And I've tried orange juice with a layer of milk gelatin on top to make an oranges and creme style gummie, but we didn't think it had enough orange taste for some reason...

    Kelli, have you ever read Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon? You’re diet seems to resemble the advice in that book so much :) thanks for another great video!

      Yes, my sister got it for me a few years ago and I just so appreciate Sally Fallon and Weston A Price and all their information they put out!

      Oh how lovely! I have ‘The Nourishing Traditions Cookbook’ as well as the ‘Nourishing Traditions Book of Baby and Childcare’, which contains a really interesting description of an optimum diet for fertility and conception....It’s been a game changer for me. Praying for you ❤️

    Oooh I’ve never heard of HTMA tests! Which one do you recommend?

    • @homewithkelli
      @homewithkelli  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, it's a Hair Mineral Analysis Test. I just found the link I used. They were doing a special thing last year and offering free tests, where you just had to pay shipping, but I don't think they are doing the HTMA test for free anymore, it looks like they are doing a different free test now, but here is the link (I could be wrong) shop.stephencabral.com/htma-test

    Sierra Nevada raw cheese is truly the best! It’s semi local to us and soon I’ll finally be able to make the plunge and buy it in bulk (we got that freezer packaging contraption)
