    Thank you so much Ellie for this video , I have been suffering from condition 1 for almost all of my life I’m (33) now ... I hope these exercises can bring positive change in my posture . Can u estimate generally how long one should consider to see results with these exercise , assuming one practices these 10exercises 5times a week ?

    During the wall crunchies, I can’t seem to not lead with my neck/ have tension in it. Any exercise that can help my neck muscles relax? Thank you 🙏🏽
