- On this very special Musical edition of Ellen, Kristin Chenoweth play's Ellen's Fairy God Mother (Very Glinda like I might add :)). There is only one thing you need to ask yourself, are you ready to "Breath from your Hoo-Hoo"?
Note the entire idea for Ellen the Musical came about because of Kristin's first interview on Ellen in which Kristin try's to teach Ellen to sing, it's also up on You Tube find and watch it to get some back story for this, it's great.
"I used my hoo-haa. (insert adorable smile here)" So freaking cute! Love her~
Kristin Chenoweth is one of the greatest DIVA probably one of the greatest classical singer I've ever heard in my entire life listening to music... Her high notes are just effortless and she can sing properly all the time... Not to mention she can also do different styles and perform different kind of genre as well... God Bless You KChenoweth! I'm following you on twitter!
"If you're Stephen King, you right from your, AHHHHHHHHH!!!!" She is so good at those notes. Go Kristin!
KC is soooo fabulous - such a pro. Many artists wouldn't have taken that number seriously. But KC sang it from the heart. And that wasn't an easy song, either. She's fantastic!
her natural voice is so cartoonish and high pitched but when she sings its amazing
Kristin's smile is so infectious! I always watch this when I need a giggle (:
Jack Black is like, breathe from my what...
That final song is my favorite it’s so catchy I couldn’t help sing along
kristin has s uch a incredible beautiful voice!!!
"Feel from your hoo-ha"
*ellen looks down
"YES!"
the word far,(on a d,) at about 2:25 was one of those musical moments that just makes me want to cry.

That was the most interesting thing Ive seen all day. And the funniest :)
I love her voice.
Good question! I had the amazing blessing to study with Florence Birdwell - Kristin's teacher who coined this advice... and once in masterclass she told me to, "sing from my manhood"! :)

@NathanJesseMcCarthy yes, yes she does haha. but not really literally. She means to breath deep such that you think you breath from your "hoo-hoo"
Wow, from here you can clearly hear Kristin's opera training... For those who only know her from Glee (shame on you!), she's a classically trained soprano coloratura and was about to continue in opera until she got cast in a musical :)
THUS WE HAVE GLINDA NOW!!
