Thank you I was really anxious today to the point that my vision started to get blurred. I searched Jesus on anxiety and after half way through the video my anxiety disappeared. I feel energetic now. Something that I experience is that results of the medication and counselling is very temporary but I know I can permanently be healed if I go through that road with Jesus and in Jesus. Amen 🙏🏼
Watching this with misty eyes. I am hurting inside. Dealing with anxiety and panic attacks and I want to TRUST Jesus Christ but the hurt I've been bottling it for so long I'm scared to open up. Her words to God "teah me how..." That me, I want God to teach me because I'm so hardened.

Fight Satan with the word of God. Mental battles are not exactly what you perceive them to be. You are actually fighting evil spirits. I started fighting with them by learning a few Psalms by heart. The bible verse that helped in all the worst situations was Hebrew 4:12
For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword. It pierces even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

I keep repeating this in my mind till the time I come out of that situation.

It is hard for others to relate to "our" hurt, pain, abuse...as it is hard for us to relate to theirs, unless it was the same. We don't have to relate, we just need to be kind, have understanding in "not" understanding everything. To not judge, or criticize, condemn, push away. Pray and help as you can for that one.

It's not the thorn in the flesh that is important, but how we trust in God and push through, manage it, and continue - according to God's will!!
For even Elijah was struck down with depression so bad that he prayed that God would let him die... sometimes the thorn in our flesh is a blessing so it allows God to work through you - certainly was for most of the prophets - including Paul of Tarsus.
We are called to persevere... and this life is but an apprenticeship for eternity.
I've learnt that trauma is an open legal door for the enemy to enter in. It's one of his tactics & weapons to bind us up as people

Well said. You can get your act together but all that abuse does drive you to anger, suicide, self hatred.Also I knew I needed to forgive but my heart was crushed until Holy Spirit came in. I grew up in a similar family to hers and we are approximately the same age too.
I reported an incidence of molestation that I saw happen to my two younger brothers to my parents a dozen years after it had occurred. My parents told me to stop making things up because it never happened. 40 years later I retold the event again, and although I was finally believed, they found it difficult to accept as actions this family's children would commit.
My understanding of God's word is that we are not to even speak about the evil deeds that the wicked do in private. What I can say is that I had just turned 6 years old and that the ages of the other children ranged from 6, 8, and 10 years older than us. Somehow somewhere they were introduced to pornography at a very early age and they acted on the unnatural lusts that it creates.
My younger brothers suffered the repercussions of this nearly forgotten event with the choices that they made. Eventually they returned to the loving embrace of our patient God.
"There, but for the grace of God, went I", into the casual lifestyle.. Because of a fluke in circumstances (God's grace) I would have been included in this recklessly damaging incident instead of surprising them with my sudden appearance.
Tell your story repeatedly until you are believed. Put your full trust in God's unfailing grace, because He, and He alone will always carry you through.

Speak God’s word aloud as the angels of God go into action at His word and they are ministers sent to help those who are being saved. Send them into action with the promises of God. We are saved by His great and precious promises. ❤🙏✝️

You are telling my own story also. Mine started when I was around two, molested multiple times by multiple men until I was early teen, by then, I also confused sex with love. I wound up being married five times, had two sons, and I don’t even remember how many sexual relationships. Thank you for sharing!!! I have learned the same things you have, and there are so many daughters of the Lord who need loving help and understanding. Jesus help them. Mental problems on top of shame and rejection.

What about it it’s chemistry related? I’m bipolar and schizoaffective as well as autistic. I’ve tried a lot of Christian techniques like resting in Jesus spiritually, putting my burdens on him, focusing my mind on him, etc but it’s brain chemistry

I want to add that magnesium does A LOT of good for people with anxiety. Our diets today lack a lot of magnesium. It doesn't work right away. In a few weeks you will notice a calmer mind and body. A lot of vitamin and mineral deficiencies can cause or aggravate anxiety. Sugar and caffeine deplete magnesium BTW.

Mental illness in various forms can be strongholds in a person's life that no man made medication or psychological treatment can break. You MUST go into spiritual warfare (Full armor of God, incessantly praying and fasting ofen) in order to have victory and deliverance. 🙏🏾

My severe depression was caused by bad gut bacteria. I traced it to five foods and as long as I avoided them I was fine. One day I had what I believed was a sinus infection. I was so fatigued and breathless Doc thought I had COPD. But this breathlessness was too sudden. I just told him I had a sinus infection because they were a bit tender. This was a big fat guess. He gave me three kinds of antibiotics and I was cured of the fatigue the next day. I knew, just knew I could eat whatever I wanted. That was it. No more depression again.
What were the goods that triggered your depression at that point
@@KingdomLifeDec Milk, egg, turkey, bananas, and sunflower seeds. Eggs also gave me immediate asthma attacks, and sunflower seeds also gave me inexplicable and severe back pains. If I ate any of these, I would get three days of severe, anxious depression. It wasn't a depression that led me to want to stay in bed all day. It was a severe black hole depression with a lot of adrenaline mixed in. Thank God that is over with. It was profoundly severe.

I'm 46, I've already seen so many social workers, psychologists and a psychiatrist and my local doctors about it. They all said the same thing. They all said to move out of my mum's house, but how do I do that if l'm my mum's full-time Carer, she doesn't want to go into a nursing home or have a nurse to come over to look after her. Plus, l don't have much money, l don't get much money from my Carer Pension and Carer Allowance. I hear on the news daily how so many people out there can't even pay the rent, as rent keeps rising due to the pandemic. Plus food prices are going up a lot too also due to the pandemic as well. Also, if I move out, it would be hard for me to get a job as I have no car or driver's licence. Every day l write in my diary all the things l'm thankful and grateful for to have in my life just to keep myself sane.

I liked that phrase, but God...... That's an amazing phrase. Because we have an amazing God. And he gave us his amazing word. What we have to do is put his word into practice not be hearers of the word only but doers of the word.
Satan came to kill to stealing to destroy. He is a liar and the father of lies there is no truth in him. And Satan is behind depression and anxiety I will flat out guarantee it.
Timothy tells us for God is not giving us the spirit of fear but a power and of love and of a sound mind.
I told the Lord but I have a spirit of fear, where did it come from? He showed me the verses where he said Satan is a liar and the father of lies. So I told Satan to get away from me.
I went 10 days a night straight without sleep depression, anxiety attacks. Right after night I would lay there reading my Bible and pray while other people were asleep. Where's my verse God show me what my problem was, where it came from, and how to get rid of it.
My problem was the spirit of fear. And it did not come from God it came from Satan. I finally figured it out on the 10th night when God showed me Proverbs 3:5 and 6. I was trusting in myself and my own abilities not putting my total faith and trust in God and his. God spoke this universe into existence. He is totally trustworthy and we have to remember he loved us enough to send his son down to die on a cross for our sins.
God in his word totally healed me from the anxiety attacks and depression. No medication. Just putting my total faith and trust in God and putting into practice Philippians 4:8. What's over things are true pure honest just lovely of a good report virtuous and praiseworthy think on these things.
Stop thinking about crap...... That's what Satan is wanting you to think on. The Bible is clear, as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. If you dwell on garbage garbage is what's going to be there. Dwell on the love of God dwell on the love of others seek to help others that will help you get out of your own self because depression, is self-centeredness......
God's word also says whatsoever is not a faith is sin. We have to trust God The children of Israel spent 40 years wondering around in a desert because they refused to trust God. I spent 10 days and night straight wondering around in that desert of no sleep. I chose not to stay in that desert and I chose to wash my mind in the water of God's holy word. And it cleanse me and it healed me and it can do the same for you
Lord Jesus, I forgive Arnold completely and set him free from all debt. Lord Jesus, please forgive me my sins and deliver me from this dispersion and heartbreak. I pray in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Hey dear, We are not created to be depressed. God wants us to be happy and joyous. That's why the bible says in Neh 8:10 "The Joy of the Lord is your strength. Also In Phil 4:6 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." What a needles pain we bear cos we do not carry everything to God in prayer? Cast all your cares into the Lord dear.

The depression i have is so deep. The circumstances are horrendous. I cannot get past how bad and wrong everything is. I need a proper Christian counsellor i think. But i cannot find one in the UK.

Medication rarely works. For most people it doesn’t. It’s better to not use it or suggest for others to use it. It’s very addictive to your body. Really pray about and discuss with someone very knowledgeable (because there are many drs. Who really don’t know what they’re doing, especially psychiatrists).
Medication saved me from committing suicide. Don’t be judged or biased when you have no idea what someone is going through.

I like her practical technique of positive affirmation that in essence these thoughts are not from God…and that we have the mind of Christ. Oddly maybe this isn’t so different from Christian Science practice.

Hi, I was adopted and abused because ny mom was addicted to painkillers. God saved me and He loves everyone that loves Him. I have severe PTSD. All I've ever wanted was to be loved. Drug addicts shouldn't be allowed to adopt children.

Sex isn’t love but it’s affection
You say everybody struggles? I don't think so well everybody struggles with something. Everybody does not struggle with depression or anxiety. It comes in from time to time. Before a Christian it should never stay around if we apply God's word pick up our sword and swing it back at the devil the enemy, then we should not remain in depression or anxiety.
Since I had anxiety attacks in 1986 I have had a stroke, I have lost a son and a nephew and a father. No anxiety attacks no depression. Why? Because I learned to put my total faith and trust in God. Nothing comes to me without going by my father's throne in heaven first and if it makes it by his throne in heaven to me, then it's his will and for his honor and glory. And I am good with that. I have found in whatsoever state I am in there with to be content. God is amazing and God is faithful and he's always with us if we are saved. He promised to never leave us nor forsake us and I know he doesn't. He is always been there when I needed him and yes we can talk to him at any time in any situation

Should be the very first prayer that you can say that will make you understand why Jesus was sent here he was sent here in actuality to die for our refuge sense and was crucified and while he was on that cross he had said father why have you forsaken me forgive them Father for they do not know Archie was getting crucified he asked God his father to forgive them were crucifying him now that means something Jesus was so pure and so send free and King and walked the word of God and preached the word of God so everybody could spread the word and it is very hard to live in the world to walk in the world there was only one perfect person send free person that walked the face of this Earth and that was Jesus Christ himself and he prepared the world or the teaching of the word of the father people don't understand that God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one it's 3 in 1 the Father the spirit and the son it took me years to understand that in mind mind I thought God was separate from Jesus I thought that God was Almighty and Jesus was his son but yes that is true but God sent Jesus in the Holy Spirit to Mary to carry this lesson this Messiah she died for our refuge sense so anybody that says they walk in the word they live in the the word this world was not created like that God created a perfect world he gave us everything that we need to survive the world but we are going interested because this is not the world that God created this is the world that we have made it so how can anyone truly say they walk the word and living the word when they're living in an imperfect world how do you know what Perfection is if you haven't live in Perfection that you actually are living in in perfection so you have to live introspection to realize what Perfection is supposed to be and now he's not here on this Earth not this world not that we created this world so if anybody is to claim that they work and they live in the word of God I believe that's impossible because of this horrible world that we created nobody is sin-free yes we are delivered from our sense through price the blood that she's spreaded for our sense when people say oh she's a real Christian or he's a real Christian what what makes a person a better Christian than I am nothing nothing all people were created equally an there were no specific colors we were all created equally and different shades of colors so try to concentrate and realized and rebuked the racism that anybody has four different shades and of people I pray the Lord everyday to forgive me of my sense I read the Holy Spirit prayer first I pray for the Forgiveness of my sins and I humble myself before God and ask him to forgive me then pray for the Holy Spirit then I pray the Lord's Prayer and I pray for everyone and everything in this horrible world and then after I pray I put my armor of God on so that I am protected from Evil thoughts evil intentions evil spirits and am I struggle to concentrate on the word of God I also am mentally ill and I I've been through it and back but when I'm praying because of my anxiety and everything that I've been through I have thoughts that are coming through my head as I'm praying and I cannot concentrate on the words of the prayers that I am saying which is the word of God so I asked God to give me some knowledge and to concentrate on his word and his word only when I pray and it's very hard to do that I believe in the word of God and I believe that Jesus Christ is the Messiah and I believe that we can only enter the kingdom of God through Christ may God bless all of his people I pray in the name of Jesus amen you can always pray for things that you need you have to pray and thank him for just waking up every day and thank you for everything that he is giving you you can't start out your prayers as a Lord Jesus please help me Lord Jesus thank you for everything that you have given me and everything that you are about to give me and everything that I will receive from you amen may God bless the world and everybody in it
