When my son was 7 his teacher told us he was going to fail 1st grade. His only hope was to nail the state testing. As I dropped him off at school on the last day of his exams I fought back the tears and that sweet little boy said, "Mommy, don't worry. Whatever I can't do, God will do it for me." That precious child nailed his exams and passed 1st grade with flying colors. May we all have the faith of a precious child!

Exactly a week ago I was sent into panic and extream anxiety, it felt like I was completely alone and asleep even when I was awake, just last night I realized that I was wrong for feeling bad abt myself and asking when will it end and I had to give my worries to God, I told him that I love and trust him and I won't worry about anything because I know he will make everything alright, I told him that I wanted to give him my anxiety and pride and love for him and I feel unbelievable better, Stay strong everyone and trust God, a better day is just around the corner

Hello there. As I am reading your post, I am also thinking I wrote it myself. May everything come together and bring peace & calm to your soul and mind as well. Don’t be afraid to share what’s going on and get the help that is available. This last struggle for me has lasted so long, I was losing hope and believe I found it with the TMS treatments I am going through currently. I am 6 of 36 visits completed. He will keep believing and keep praying the closer we get to GOD the more our trust goes . Not sure if you take anything for your anxiety but I found vitamin B1 drops to be very helpful for me , and to sleep CBD oil . Hope this helps 🙏 keep you in my prayers . We need to accept that God has healed us already even if we have our symptoms trust me it's a battle daily. Don't give up you are not alone. 🙏

When pastor shared his revelation from God about the boxes, I was reminded of a poem from my youth, entitled Broken Dreams (author unknown). It speaks to how children bring toys to their father to fix; hovering around their father to help. Then in their impatience, snatching the toys back, crying “how can you be so slow?” The father replies “my child, what could I do? You never did let go.”
Here's an idea for your "God Box"... Use a paper shredder as the God Box, write your worries down and watch God shred them. If the worry comes back to you simply shred it again and visualize God destroying the worry. Love you all!

Now this sermon hit a little different for me. No one talks about anxiety/worry/fear in this way but some of us need this! Soo glad he allowed God to work through him so that I could hear this! I’m on my way to being free from anxiety and here is where it starts!!
These sermons are honestly a God send. I'm dealing with terror and anxiety at night. I walk for miles and miles through the desert at night because I just can't sleep, even though I'm exhausted. I 100% give it all to God. Father please give us all the peace and strength of your apostles, who faced death fearlessly. Give us their strength and peace father. In your name I pray, amen. 🙏

I started listening to all these life church sermons about anxiety and amongst other things, it's honestly all been life changing info. I realized the source of this anxiety was that I was still holding onto some my old sinful behaviors. I cleaned up and got rid of some relics of a darker past that i was holding on to, and honesty I feel like the weight of the world is off my chest. My God is bigger than my problems. It's amazing what cleaning up your room and talking to God can do for your mental health. I also started a new job at a Marriott spa and I honestly love it here. Mine is along story, but the short version is, I had become very twisted and evil inside (for whatever reason). Then last year in November, I had a Near death experience. I remember taking my last breath, and then I was in another place. Long story short, Christ was there (but he wasn't in human form, and neither was I, nor were the others). He told me he was christ, and then sent me back to my body. So last year around this time (my 30th bday), I went from a lifetime being an atheist to a christian overnight (I actually drew the experience, and the form christ took in this non physcial expanse in the middle of deep space that i found myself in). The anxiety comes from the substance that sent me near death, it interacted badly with my nervous system for whatever reason. But as I've drawn closer to christ, it slowly but surely fades into nothing. Tell me about you. I'm assuming you struggle with anxiety since you clicked this vid. What's your story?

I lost a friend to C19 and it has triggered anxiety and depression. It’s messed with my sleep and missed days at work. I feel lost and embarrassed. Lord take this out of me and give the peace that you have in Gods name help me

I was in some unhealthy fear and as soon as I started watching this video I felt God kind of comfort me, felt his peace and felt that unhealthy fear go away. Praise God, praise Jesus and Praise the Holy Spirit. Amen

I am 25 years old, living with my 69 year old mother, wanting to get married and start my life with my girlfriend of four years. When I think of that next step and getting married, it overwhelms me with the fear and anxiety of leaving my mother behind and her living alone, it paralyzes me from time to time but I have to remember that my mother is God's child, and just like my mother wants to see me grow, God wants to see me grow and take care of me, as much as he wants to do the same for my mom..

I never in my life thought I’d ever find a pastor that understands the way I think I feel this 100% I’m not even 5 mins in and I already relate my mind just thinks constantly and I feel like I’m constantly just living in a confused burnout over and over again I can never seem to break out of it I’ve came to Jesus so many times and I’ve given my life to him but it just gets so hard!! And I really feel like there’s hope for me here to help my mental health and help heal my side of my relationship I feel so at home at this church!! Exactly a week ago I was sent into panic and extream anxiety, it felt like I was completely alone and asleep even when I was awake, just last night I realized that I was wrong for feeling bad abt myself and asking when will it end and I had to give my worries to God, I told him that I love and trust him and I won't worry about anything because I know he will make everything alright, I told him that I wanted to give him my anxiety and pride and love for him and I feel unbelievable better, Stay strong everyone and trust God, a better day is just around the corner

In the same boat had my first panic attack the other day now i have a fear of dying and the anxiety eats me alive. I pray God delivers us from this ❤
He will keep believing and keep praying the closer we get to GOD the more our trust goes . Not sure if you take anything for your anxiety but I found vitamin B1 drops to be very helpful for me , and to sleep CBD oil . Hope this helps 🙏 keep you in my prayers . We need to accept that God has healed us already even if we have our symptoms trust me it's a battle daily. Don't give up you are not alone. 🙏

When pastor shared his revelation from God about the boxes, I was reminded of a poem from my youth, entitled Broken Dreams (author unknown). It speaks to how children bring toys to their father to fix; hovering around their father to help. Then in their impatience, snatching the toys back, crying “how can you be so slow?” The father replies “my child, what could I do? You never did let go.”

Here's an idea for your "God Box"... Use a paper shredder as the God Box, write your worries down and watch God shred them. If the worry comes back to you simply shred it again and visualize God destroying the worry. Love you all!

These sermons are honestly a God send. I'm dealing with terror and anxiety at night. I walk for miles and miles through the desert at night because I just can't sleep, even though I'm exhausted. You're right! Alot can change in a week. I'm soooo much better. I started listening to all these life church sermons about anxiety and amongst other things, it's honestly all been life changing info. I realized the source of this anxiety was that I was still holding onto some my old sinful behaviors. I cleaned up and got rid of some relics of a darker past that i was holding on to, and honesty I feel like the weight of the world is off my chest. My God is bigger than my problems. It's amazing what cleaning up your room and talking to God can do for your mental health. I also started a new job at a Marriott spa and I honestly love it here. Mine is along story, but the short version is, I had become very twisted and evil inside (for whatever reason). Then last year in November, I had a Near death experience. I remember taking my last breath, and then I was in another place. Long story short, Christ was there (but he wasn't in human form, and neither was I, nor were the others). He told me he was christ, and then sent me back to my body. So last year around this time (my 30th bday), I went from a lifetime being an atheist to a christian overnight (I actually drew the experience, and the form christ took in this non physcial expanse in the middle of deep space that i found myself in). The anxiety comes from the substance that sent me near death, it interacted badly with my nervous system for whatever reason. But as I've drawn closer to christ, it slowly but surely fades into nothing.

I am 25 years old, living with my 69 year old mother, wanting to get married and start my life with my girlfriend of four years.
When I think of that next step and getting married, it overwhelms me with the fear and anxiety of leaving my mother behind and her living alone, it paralyzes me from time to time but I have to remember that my mother is God's child, and just like my mother wants to see me grow, God wants to see me grow and take care of me, as much as he wants to do the same for my mom..
Then God will tell you exactly what it is that you must do, surrender ever emotion and feeling you have for his counsel and it will be the best decision you have ever made.

When you mentioned irrational fear, I can relate specifically to what you said about what if my wife gets in a wreck. I currently am dealing with that exact fear but of myself crashing. I’m speaking the power of conquering that fear over my life in this moment. Amen….

I never in my life thought I’d ever find a pastor that understands the way I think I feel this 100% I’m not even 5 mins in and I already relate my mind just thinks constantly and I feel like I’m constantly just living in a confused burnout over and over again I can never seem to break out of it I’ve came to Jesus so many times and I’ve given my life to him but it just gets so hard!! And I really feel like there’s hope for me here to help my mental health and help heal my side of my relationship I feel so at home at this church!! I came today with my boyfriend and we absolutely love it!!
