I lost my wife to cancer (40 years old)a little over a yr and a half ago and to watch the pain she went through going from a healthy 145 lbs all the way down to about 88lbs was horrible. By far the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. It still haunts me to this day and to know there are people like this that just take his own son and wife’s life so easily. It is beyond me how he didn’t commit suicide. I’d give all the money In the world, give up everything and be homeless and eat out of dumpsters to have my wife back and to give my two little girls their mother back but this guy can kill his own so easily😢

I still believe Maggie walked away somewhere and he was going to make it look like P had an accident/suicide involving his gun but Maggie came and saw what happened and tried to run. I think there was going to be a story told about P being depressed that's why the 2 were riding around the property earlier on "talking" which he never disclosed about what about. I believe the plan got foiled when Maggie came and saw who and what happened too soon. It's my theory and seems to me a narrative he was painting with what he meticulously already said repeatedly. It had to change since now both were dead. I never believed he was going to go to his parents home that night but that came as his planned changed since the caretaker said it was strange for him to come that late at night. At some point his story changed and his inconsistencies broadened. Again my theory based on the testimony and crime scene. All over money and the boat case. Maggie was to find P and he would of been there for her. Reason for him to be at the kennels but later had to lie about being there. I think the tears/emotions are coming from having to kill her not P the intended target. I want to see if he had gloves (garden type) on when he was at that tree in his original cloths. Whoever did this was nervous/ shaking AF ( reason for missing) and knew them and they knew him. I would be looking at every detail in that tree video.

I do see sweat on his neck and face. Instant alibi when nobody asked, too talkative, too much detail about inconsequential stuff for just having seen his wife and son brutally stricken down and lifeless on the cold hard cement and ground. As a nurse, I’ve seen many deaths and many family reactions on all the spectrum - even in shock, even those that told me don’t show much emotion - ended up showing a lot of emotion once their loved one passed- that is the least amount of emotion I’ve ever seen from a man that lost his family in a shocking way. The least amount. He is acting like something was stolen from his home not that his son’s brains were just blown out … which he saw!!

This isn’t always the case. Speaking from experience I knew how to handle my emotions and not let them overwhelm me. In this situation it’s a lot different though. We aren’t talking about people passing away at the hospital. We are talking about a guy finding his wife and son shot and dead. Everyone reacts differently but I could say in a situation like this his emotions aren’t aligning with the situation. In that kind of situation you would most likely be paralyzed in all the emotions you could imagine. Not the actions this man is making.

Then he's heard in a snap his son took minutes before the killings? I wonder where he hid the clothes he was wearing during the shootings? If he can't produce the clothes he was photographed in earlier in the day its because they were spattered in blood and he hid them or destroyed them before calling the police. He's disturbed for sure and we will see what turns up when they exume the housekeepers body. Where’s a helicopter searching by air? Why is Alex allowed to wander all over the property leaving his footprints? Why are police interviewing each other instead of the person who found the bodies? One of them finally thinks to start a log but have to hunt around for a piece of paper! This looks more like a senior ladies’ coffee meeting than any investigation. Notice that Alex is wearing exactly what Ms Shelley, Ms Libby’s caregiver described when Alex showed up at Ms Libby very unexpectedly that night and told her to tell anyone who asked her he was at Ms Libby’s 30-40mins instead of 15-20mins, which was the truth. I still don't believe it to be real. Like she's gonna pop up at anytime now. With that being said, the night that she passed away and all of her family was there I was in such a state of shock that I didn't even realize what in the hell was going on man. Her entire family was crying hard but I'll be honest, they weren't there a lot of the times during her final few months. They weren't there during the constant doctor visits, the dinner time, bath time, sleep time moments. Alllllll the time when were together felt like seconds in my soul yet when she time it felt like it lasted too long just sitting in that room. I walked out of the hospital and talked to her where we used to sneak out together and chat. Our own little spot away from doctors and stuff. Anyways what I'm getting at is even I didn't cry this much. This guy is WAY over dramatic. The constant crying is ridiculous. He should be stunned right now. Barely able to form words. Zoned out. Just....there breathing and looking around corners for them to appear man. Her funeral broke me. THAT'S when I broke down because I officially knew it wasn't fake. Seeing her ashes on top of the alter like that. Nah fam, this was real. I swear you aquire another sense when you firsthand witness a true loved one pass in front of you. I'm 3 min in. This is already what I heard.." I went to the house and they weren't there i knew they had been down here before i left" In the car interview he said he was taking a nap and woke up with them not there. So he tried to call his wife and she didn't answer and he went on to his mom's. He didn't know where they were until he found them.
Next in the car interview, they asked how his son was threatened by others, and he said he guessed by phone calls nothing physical. Here, he says his son has been getting threats and "punched." Wow, all that in 3 min! I was keeping an open mind hoping someone could not do this to their wife and child, until this.

If you are someone who just came up on your family members who have been murdered in a remote and gated location, and you have told the 911 operator that you know they are both dead, wouldn't you be worried that the "killer" was still out there and might be coming for you too before authorities arrive since you don't know when this happened? You would try to flee to go get help and get away from the scene. You would not be so at ease. You would be distraught that your family members have been murdered, and you would be scared that the killer is still out there and might be coming for you next before authorities arrive.

@@goodcitizen3638 This is true. He had a gun with him, but he would have had to go get it and come back out there (either from the house or his vehicle). Why go back out to that gruesome scene? Then, when you own guns, and are an avid hunter as he was, you really know not to put yourself out in the open like a sitting duck. He was out in the open calling 911 and standing there until police arrived. The fact that he was very knowledgeable about guns tells me that he would have reacted differently if he really thought someone else had killed them.

Alex did go back to the house while on the 911 call to get a gun for his own protection. He gave it to police when they arrived. He told 911 operator that he was going to get a gun cuz he thought someone might get him out there.
All that aside, his first lie: I drove in and out only two times.
      Liar.
      1. He left for his mom's, after the shooting?
      2. He came back and discovered the bodies,
      3. then left to go get his gun, then came back again.
But since he lied about ever being there before he went to his mom's he had to lie, til he got busted by his dead sons snap chat video placing him at the scene just minutes before the murders.
Pretty sure this creep is guilty. But why don't they ever say anything about the hairs in Maggie's hand and the biological material under her fingernails?! If it belongs to one of those boys in the boating accident then Alex is innocent.....hard to believe he's innocent....

    • @adorabledeplorableoracle8211

@@kschallert3569 Yes, he got that gun to pretend like he was scared. If he was really scared, he would have never gone back outside after having to go inside to get the gun. Your natural instinct would be to get your gun and hide until someone comes for help. He says he already knew they were dead. He also said he went down and picked his son up to turn him over (with his brains being blown out). Why would you do that? It's your child, and you know he is dead. Yet, you say that his phone toppled out. You picked it up and put it back down. That right there tells me he did it. You would be hysterical, and the last thing on your mind would be that phone unless you used it to call 911. He didn't. He was looking at who he was talking to. That's why he called that Rogan friend after the 911 call. He says he was going to call him to come be with him while he waited. What parent would call their child's friend to come out there and look at that? No one in their right mind.....especially when you think there is a killer on the loose. He called him to come out there, so he could find out what he knew and possibly kill him too to get rid of anyone that might have evidence against him....which Rogan did. I believe he did it. Who knows about that other DNA? She had men working at her beach house where she had been. It could have been a relative who's head she scratched , a friend, or a lover. If the defense thought it would help them rule him out, they would definitely figure it out. Since they haven't, I'm assuming it is irrelevant.

This person is next level sinister. As I watch the trial, the more I see that his motive is self preservation and intense anger . Paul being the irresponsible entitled little POS they raised him to be really pissed Alex off with that boat accident , big time.
That was the event that started the house of cards to crumble. After that, the scrutiny on the family was obvious and ppl in the community were fed up and not deferring to them anymore and weren't as afraid. This was especially bad timing for Alex because his own life of financial crime was starting to be unraveled. I think he was truly pissed at Paul and Maggie. Paul for messing up so bad, but Maggie for support of Paul no matter what and she was starting to be suspicious of Alec and his money handling.
To a person with any morality, we will never see sense in it but being the walking DSM that he is , it made perfect sense to do what he did. He believed he'd get away with it because the town hated Paul anyway , therefore he thought someone else could be blamed. Even if no one person was named, he thought there would be sufficient reasonable doubt for himself.

Alec's detailing of the course of events: Alec comes home from visiting his mother. His wife and son aren't in the house. He goes down to the kennels to look for them because he knows they were there earlier. He finds both of them with massive parts of their heads blown off and brain matter splattered around. Still, he checks for a pulse and does not find one. He does not call the police. He determines he has to now protect his own safety instead, so he drives to the house to get a shotgun. He doesn't call police. He takes time to wash up and change his clothes instead. He doesn't just throw the bloody clothes down, he takes the time to conceal them somewhere. After that, he drives back to the kennels and calls 911. Talking to officers later, he repeatedly asks if they are officially dead. He offers his alibi. He offers a motive for someone else to kill his son. He lies about being at the kennels with them earlier.
Under no grief or stress or shock is this plausible.
