    When I found out my son died, I was inconsolable. I sobbed for hours, could not form full sentences and curled up in a fetal position and when I woke up tears were streaming down my face like I had been crying in my sleep. This guy is full of BS.

  • @rachellergp
    @rachellergp ปีที่แล้ว +178

    For all an innocent person would know, if a murderer came and killed their wife and son, they would think their other son might be in danger. Reasonably, the first thing an innocent person would do is frantically call their other son to see if he was okay, call the local police and tell them to go do a wellness check. Instead, Buster was not the first thing on Alex’s mind and Alex did not fear that the murderer might be coming for him next. The only way a person knows not to worry about themselves or their remaining son in such a situation is if that person knows with 100% certainty there is no more danger because that person controls the danger.

Part of raising kids is cooking and cleaning for them not just being there when they need guidance. So while that was his Son...I don't think there was that bond. Even though his Son was facing felonies the young Man could of still had a very lucrative life. His life didn't need to end. Alec could of even had a good life after the theft issues were cleared up. It's just not the end of the world. He embezzled money, would of done some time, paid some people back...but he'd of gotten out at some point for his money crimes. Murder isn't a good cover for embezzlement.

      Some of us consider our pets, family, so we love them and mourn them. Alex does not seem to have any compassion or even, natural attachment to his family, or the dogs.....He is detached, but tries to pretend he is crying....His son had been responsible for the accidental death of a girl who died, due to his reckless boat handling. I would expect her family to sue Alex for a lot of money. A dead kid cannot be prosecuted so that issue has been eliminated......What about Maggie ? were they considering divorce ? I am repeating what I read, somewhere......That was not a happy family as far as we can see. Money seemed to be a serious issue with this man, as he could steal, to satisfy his needs......Looking very bad for him.

      If that was the first and only thing I knew about this case and was just simply watching that video, with no implication of him being a suspect, but knowing he is a lawyer, which the cops obviously knew, then his tears and his upsetness during responses matched with his instinct to put important thoughts together during important events because of consequences. The cops KNOW that he would also be focused from his obvious experience in very important cases. They know that HE knows things are important at this point. They know that he can put emotions aside easier than the average person because of his profession. It's not notable that he is lying until you learn about HIM and HIS money problems and HIS drugs issues that make HIM look guilty especially now that he's in COURT. Being arrested and in court with the evidence given already makes you think he's a liar easier from watching that video. By itself, it does not have flags of any color, no less red.
      He's guilty from the other evidence given but there's nothing in that video that shows anything abnormal when you include who HE is... A lawyer...and THEY know that when questioning him.
      Their first guess is probably the husband did it, from stats, but they don't get any extra vibes from that in the interview. It happens later... After this interview.

      Lawyers are able to do that through training and experience. Think of what a lawyer has to see in any trial. Being a para professional myself, having been through this (22 yr old son murdered by a total stranger), you put your professional hat on. You dig deeper than you thought you could to answer what needs to be answered. Having seen a father fall apart, this was genuine. Something is fishy. I am holding any judgement as we all need to, until all evidence is submitted. Too many people involved. A thief is not always a murderer. Also people knowing the financial trouble saw an opportunity to do this knowing Alex was vulnerable and the picture would fit all together to keep them safe from being a suspect in this horrendous deed.

      Another thing was when he was talking about finding them, during the court testimony, and he said "what I did to them" when referring to checking to see if they were still alive when he supposedly found them murdered. Why would checking for signs of life be "what I did to them"??? Telling on himself. The Behavior Panel has a video of the clip I'm speaking about.

      @@aconcernedcitizen8011 interesting… I didn’t catch that but will go back to listen. I’m trying to ween off of this and get back to normal for me because I was obsessed with watching this and following all the commentary! It’s pretty fascinating to have gotten a front row seat to how this played out, and so thankful for the justice for Maggie and Paul, but also for the countless other familiar whom he abused. Judge Newman was right in saying “the monster you’ve become;” I mean, to actually have stolen MILLIONS from people who had great, and some “grave” needs ~ THAT IS the definition of a monster 😡. Then, today I finally watched the Netflix documentary and it just made me angrier as I realized the “high-life” this family was living… far and above most people, and it STILL wasn’t enough but yet they had their enjoyment of life on other people’s misfortune. So very sad. I thank God how the missing threads came together just in time to shed light on the truth ~ thus exposing his many lies! Take care @A Concerned Citizen!

      He did tell them he was at the kennels if you watch the beginning of the cops recording. I’m thinking he was on opiates and his recollection of a timeline after seeing this tragic murder of his family was confused. I think someone murdered them for vengeance. That’s why he called his brothers. Why he isn’t saying much or out of control. He’s probably scared for his life and busters but knew he is the only one that could protect buster so wanted him at home with him. He was scared imo

Your son and wife are dead and you admit you were right next to the bodies and blood was all around both as you admitted but you have no blood on , your shoes are clean even the bottoms . This is the way a cold bloded psychopath acts after he shot his son and wife. Listen to the way he talks about others things he wasn't even asked about, as if you're having a conversation over coffee with some stranger. He's sniffing is not from crying but probably from drugs and the throat clearing from stress of getting cough or making sure he doesn't screw up the story. Any psychopath can make themselves cry on the spot if necessary and even appear devastated, but there's always something weird about it. The point is that, they are big actors and they can fake feelings like you wouldn't believe, but then this happens, when they forget to keep acting, because in reality a normal human being could never sit there and act that way after this horrific tragedy to his own family. So that's what the psychopath lacks and doesn't feel or understands, so he can't really acted out either.

If I flip out and fall apart, it will make others more upset. I also think in some cases that ppl who come across murder victim's (Family or strangers), have a hard time processing what has happened. Or maybe he picked it up to dial 911 and set back it down. I did a similar thing when I was woken up by a roommate who was telling me someone was trying to break into the house and telling me to dial 911. I picked up my phone and started to dial 911 but for some reason my brain went into survival “fight” mode because I thought she said that someone was already inside the house so I set the phone down and went for a weapon first.

    hearing him say "we had a wonderful relationship & marriage" nobody who loves somebody should be able to accept them being gone that quickly like this is the night it happened i wouldn't have already accepted it like that was my first red flag in this case
