So basically this tech only works when your opponent has begun his roll animation. This is pretty much bread and butter for MVC2.

Okay, so you can Cr.hp as Remy versus Ryu, Remy, Sean and Makoto (in the corner) and dash and it will Cross-Up - but can't find another way so far.

Yeah the crouching HP allows you to dash under them while they're airborne, but not while rolling during a quickstand. I've heard people say Akuma can be crossed up with a dash while he's rolling, but again I personally was unsuccessful.
