No, I seriously doubt it. SFV doesn’t have the combo potential of the other games, they almost never have this large of strings of individual moves, which means less moves to stun with.
This is why oro never came back...any other version of him will be significantly dumbed down..even if he did come back this guy would be o.p...stronger than abigail more life than zangief more stun than akuma not to mention projectiles that follows the opponent plus great damage and speed..all you have to deal with is weird controls and inputs
