I wanted to ask why you jump around so much? Seems to me that when you stay with one or two machines for a month or two you can get stronger because of the muscle, tendons, ect. getting into their full potential before getting used to it too much. Can you explain? Thanks

@ReganGrimes here is comment I left on Ivan Bodybuilding just to let you know that not everyone is negative. @IvanBodybuilding Regarding Regan, first off, this sport is dangerous, if I had a channel, I would not recommend health hazards like pressuring an athlete to go up to 300lbs, yes the sport is extreme but everyone should make their decision without journalists adding to the fire. Are you telling me that you cannot influence the outcome? Also, who is 300lbs on stage, especially the shorter guys. We are all playing with fire here. In all honesty, I think Regan is driven but not driven to die, to add, I am surprised that he even got to this weight, very surprised because it is a big health risk. He has fear not a lack of motivation and I am happy for that, may God look after him.

I know it seams like a pain but you should do more videos. Once a month sucks. Also, take advantage of that prego sex bro cuz it only comes ones or twice in a life time. Some get it more but still. Once your woman is done with kids there's no more of that for probably the rest of your life. I know it sounds gross to some but just stay away for a few days or a week maybe two for some guys and it will be exiting to hit it. I guess if you don't like it then pass it but I liked it. Plus the Dr. And nurse told us it was good formthe baby. Don't need to tell me twice😂👍. My woman gave birth both times in record time. Not sure if it was that or the stretching. She also stretched a lot and bounced her butt on one of those big yoga ball.
