My ipad 6, purchased new and one month out of warranty started shutting off randomly. I opened it up and the logic board to battery hold down was missing the screw. Apple forgot to put one in. I sourced one and it has been perfect.

This is a pretty bad guide, don’t bend the battery that much because it can make it explode, that is not an exaggeration bending lithium ion batteries is dangerous. Also thanks for skipping the part where you actually unhook the battery

awful guide. disconnecting the battery last runs the risk of shorting. bending the battery like that will cause acid to leak.
