maybe just me, but that was too many fish to catch to get so little meat...... I always put pompano back, simply because they produce so little meat under 16 inches. Oh, but I subscribed, I'm a GA fishermen, or was, haven't done much in the last couple of years. Sold my boat, grandkids didn't want to fish after that, said it was boring.
Definitely just you. Two pompano that size was more than enough for a meal for myself.
