I went to the store to buy it but I was overwhelmed by Mudmasters size and stiffness of the bracelet and I turned it down and decided to get GSHOCK Rangeman instead. Next day, extremely happy with my purchase and after I got used to the size of a Rangeman I went back to the store and got myself a Mudmaster and I couldn’t be happier. Your review helped me to make up my mind, also at the beginning I was leaning towards black one but finally I got myself same color as yours and again I couldn’t be happier. Thanks a lot, you’ve helped me a lot.
hi Peter welcome to the channel bud and you must have two very happy wrists there!!! my first choice was also the black out but on wrist the khaki just worked better and I did look at the rangerman but just too pricey for me but i think it sets the bar for ultra sports wathces :D
@@thetimebombardier I did buy a smaller Rangeman all black out version. After years of wearing regular watches it’s been a shock to switch to any GShock, let alone a Mudmaster but it took me just one day to fix my “mistake”. I love them both though lol
@@thetimebombardier Oi! Only almonds 'ere, no nuts! I went over a decade without a wristwatch, but when I was offered a Mudmaster GWG-100 to "fit my lifestyle", I at first thought it was a joke. They really wanted me to go from no watch to this comically oversized monstrosity? After a week, it became a part of me and after a year, I realized that I had started a Mudmaster collection. Of course, I would never admit to that.
I keep watching (lol) for new reviews of the gwg1000, I bought one 3 months ago because I'm a tradesman that wanted saphire scratch resistance, 11 months of research and I'm so happy with my choice! Concrete dust, grinder sparks, doesn't matter what I do with it on, longevity and reliability guaranteed! My rubber is scuffed as you would expect, but love it for it's durability! Big watch but it's a tool, not a fashion accessory. Being solar, when the watch stops, I know we have experienced a solar flare or emp 😉 Thanks for the review!
I owned a lot of different G-Shocks and this one is by far the best. Rugged, tactical, indestructible, packed with features, manly beast of a watch! Wear it with pride!
I purchased mine from seiya Japan. I wanted the Japan factory version. It is the most accurate watch I have ever owned. It keeps time daily to the fraction of a second with its radio time update feature. Tough as nails. I work long hours in a warehouse and have been wearing mine for over a year there and out about too. (Yes it gets knocked around a lot.) Still looks and works like it did right out of the box. All functions work perfectly. The lume is incredible. Never need the light! I love this watch! I highly recommend it for guys who aren't afraid to really be about living and working hard, and need a watch that can keep up.
Hey John thanks for your comment and welcome tomthe channel 😎😎 yup it's an absolute bomb 😋😋 the new version will be out later this year so will be interesting to see the changes!!
thanks for your review. It is funny that when Casio offers a watch with rock solid movement, saphire glass, all sorts of sensors. quality, rugedness and they charge 800 dollars people think it is too much, but Seiko or Tag charges 600 for just a saphire glass and some automatic movement and no one thinks that is too much... I think we are used to see casio as a cheap wallmart watch. but this watch and the analog frogman are worth every penny. I have the analog frogman in red and white and it is a stunner. I get looks all the time and it feels good when I wear it. It does not feel cheap by any measure.! Grats on your new watch! This was my second choice but the frogman won me over with aesthetics.
hi Robert thanks for your comment and welcome to the channel! I agree, if we look at the seiko limited edition pricing then what we have in the muddy the range and the frog are leaps and bounds ahead!! have the old frog and kinda prefer that it's all digi but can see how the red and white looks really cool!! cheers
@@thetimebombardier i keep hearing pepple prefer the digital frogman but i see what casio was aiming for and that was to compete with other divers like the citizen pro divers and the seiko padi divers . There is a huge market for anslog divers and casio was missing out. For the people that prefer digital they are still being made so no loss for everyone. Cheers!
Exactly! With a Rolex Sub, you get time, date and a bezel for elapsed time. That's it. And you'll now pay $10K+ for a new one, and wait years to get it. I can't even begin to list all the functions of these Mudman watches in comparison. They also only cost around $630, and can be had in a day or two if shipped. I've had some higher end watches, but sold them all and went back with G-Shocks only. My main watch is a gw9400-1 Rangeman with green straps. I love it, and it's better than any Rolex jewelry you can buy.
@@Illsamustache i have the blacked out 9400 , great watch in its own right. Problaly the watch i woild wear if i was deployed or i went camping for sure.
Hi Stephen thanks and welcome to the channel, the new version will be out in a few months and I wonder if it will get as much love as this one does 😎😎👍👍
Great review. I've had this watch for about four years now and have worn it everyday...it's an absolute beast and I love showing it off. I will say, I do have one disappointment about it. The red accent quarter circle right next to BARO and TEMP has faded to almost white. It's my only gripe after all this time. Might seem minor but for how expensive it was, kinda sucks. And yes, it's authentic...purchased brand new from a reputable jeweler. I just bought the all black one...time will tell how the colors hold up.
This is an awesome all around watch. It has to be the most rugged watch I have used over the years. It has a compass, barometer, altimeter, and a thermometer. For its size it’s a very comfortable watch, the band can be a little stiff when brand new but over time and will conform to the contour of your wrist and it’s very comfortable on my wrist. I bought mine back in 2015 for a $100.00 due to a store mislabeled. The manager at the store sold me the watch for the price on the tag and I was the proud owner of this great watch. The buttons are easy to manipulate even when wearing tactical gloves or when the temperature is a little cold. I would strongly recommend this watch to anyone who is considering buying this watch.
@@thetimebombardierThe newer version looks cool, but once you examine it carefully, it doesn't compare with the original. I mean yeah the LEDs are brighter, the negative display is more legible and the crown is actually made of metal. However, the carbon fibre on the outside is easily dented, the exposed metal on the bezel is easily damaged, the dial is smaller, the cities ring is now inside the dial, which makes the Sapphire Glass protrude out. The newer Mudmaster is basically like a Range Rover lol, it looks flashy and urban, but it will never match the reliability and toughness of a Land Rover.
Hi I’ve had my GWG-1000 1a3 for 6 months now and I love it! I wear it every day and so much so that my kinetic Seiko 100m stainless steel runs out of charge , so I have to spend time trying to charge it up by waving it for sometime occasionally. I have changed the green strap for a black original one and I must say it looks so much better! And so much more versatile!!! I wear it every day and can’t get enough of it. Take care
The Mudmaster and G-Shock Rangeman are fighting for that top spot!!! The Rangeman has the sunset and sunrise function, that's the only reason why some people pick it over this model, but the Mudmaster is #1 and the Rangeman is my #2 "WHEN THE SH*T HITS THE FAN" watches!!!
Hi, just came across your channel. One of the better quick reviews of this watch I’ve seen. Recently picked up a GWG-1000-1A1 as I am a fan of the blacked out G-Shocks. I have to say I absolutely love it! The bezel was slightly marred, so I got a new one from PacParts for $15 USD, tax and delivery included. I also installed a set of Bullbars also. This is my all-time favorite! It’s not just a watch, it’s a statement. I get comments on it everyday. The sapphire crystal is the perfect addition to complete this bulletproof timepiece. Looking forward to watching your field review of this machine after you’ve broken it in. Can’t wait for Casio’s updated version also. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. Cheers.
Hi Dale thanks appreciate the pos feedback and welcome to the channel 😎💪👍 and yes i need to get round to that field video 👍 just a little restricted right now as my wife is at 7 months so no longer so keen on getting dragged up mountains but i'll try to get something done before d-day 🍼🍼😎😎
I got the black-out GWG 1000-1A1 model a few months ago. I must admit that while I absolutely love the way it looks, the green/white/yellow 1A3 model might have been a more practical choice for my almost 50 year old eyes. I’m just talking about the dial, not to mention the digital display which I understand is negative for all models.
Love my 1000 owned for over 5 years now. I call it summer and vacation watch, because it is great on open hand or light dress. Not winter jacket. However it is the wear-and-go anywhere. Swim, climb, get in mud, scratch a bit (there is replacement body). Big on any wrist. That is not bad, but rather brutal. So, try before buy 😊 and get own feelings.
G'dday Denis thanks bud and yup agreed on all counts 😎👍 think i'd need to modify my appraisal about it being the perfect military watch as it's too big to get under sleeves and would end up getting caught on everything 😅 also welcome to the channel 👍☺️
list price of this one is 699€. it's brilliant. the green strap fits perfectly. normally my limit is at 300-350€. i bought the GS-1001-1A GIEZ in 2015 for 299€ bec i like the vintage stuff, new, from a watch dealer on ebay and it's still the most expensive watch i've ever bought. i like the GWN-1000B-1BER Gulfmaster for around 400€ but the Mudmaster for around 499€ would be a better catch. hope you get out your first impressions on thist one soon!
Great watch. Just picked it up. Great size and functionality and for most most importantly sapphire Crystal! Really adds to the durability. Thanks for the great review!
@@thetimebombardier I just got mine delivered today, and it's been a pleasant experience so far. 😄 Most of the pictures/videos I've seen of this watch make it look deceptively massive, which is why I was nervous before. But after holding it in my hands and wearing it on my wrist, it fits perfectly. 😎
It is a tool watch that is worth it today, many people don't like it because of the size, but it is a watch that is not designed for just any wrist, I love it and it is very worth it in 2024 and many will. will do the next few years.
I love my GGB100 Burton Ed. Mudmaster cousin... the weight is so nice and no where near the overdone micro diver crowd of wearing a welt belt on your wrist. Don't let the size put anyone off -- easy to wear these beasts daily, way way lighter than anything in this size, and packed with more features than NORAD, plus the ladies like a man wearing G-Shock. Casio are full of mad scientists! Brilliant
This is one of those watches I'd love to have but would never wear. It's like with cars - you'd love to have an American 1920' firetruck but you'd probably not do commuting in it (unless you're Jay Leno). Great piece :D
I’ve had one for 7 years and wears it everyday. It got so dirty at work so I can’t get it clean anymore. So I bought a gwg 2000 to wear when I’m not working. It’s not too big
I think the GX-56 might be tougher as it digital only and should be more resistant to extreme shock and vibration. We will never know for certain. That said the GWG-1000 seems very tough. I saw a video where someone dropped one about 60 feet IIRC onto a solid surface from a scissor lift and it survived. Great watch. I can't wait to see Casio's replacement when it appears. Thanks for the video.
hi Ian thanks and I've been making mention to you in last few vids as you are the winner of the competition, can you get in touch please? email in the about section, cheers
I have both models and I agree with you, GX-56 specifically made for hard-core wear and tear for construction work, mining, and the type of work that you know it's going get banged up and you don't even have to check and see if it's broken or not, because it's built like a small tank.
Hi. I have the exact same spec watch. The really shocking thing about that G-SHOCK is that in my country (Serbia) in the store it costs just under 1000 euros 😮😨😲 Don't worry i paid 550 on the grey market 😎 I love the watch, i think it looks BADASS!!! 😎 The weather is improving so when i wear a t-shirt it's really gonna pop!
Hi zoki thanks mate and been a while since i visited belgrade!! A 1000 euros is not right, it's a superb watch but that's silly money! Glad you found it for less 😎😎
I'm confused a bit regarding the solar. So do you never have to change the battery? Does it even have a battery? If so how long does it last etc. Sorry if this is a dumb qsn just really unsure
Welcome to the channel mate and yes my understanding is there is a small internal battery of some description that holds the solar charge, but I'm not an engineer so not sure exactly how that works LOL 😉 but I'm sure others here may know more 👍 my other solar gshock I've had 12 years now and never had to change anything 👍😎
Great video... subscribed! Question - with the new GWG-2000, in brief how would you compare the two and which would be your choice? Thanks for the great review!
Hey Thomas thanks bud and welcome to the channel 😎😎👍👍 i think the 2000 looks superb but for me it would come down to price as the 1000s are much cheaper now and fit within my budget, however they also just released a stunning toyota hilux collaboration gwg2000 which looks the mutt's nuts, and then the rangemans and the frogmans are due for refresh this year also if that might influence your decision ☺☺

@Solidus a friend of my brother almost has finished his training as a seal. He will be sent to Iraq in 1.5 year. I am thinking to give him a gwg 1000. Or a rangeman. @@thetimebombardierI ordered them from Ebay (my first ever purchase lol) in September and got them around 3 weeks later. I'd definitely go for it, as JaysAndKays are a great seller.
It's a great watch but might be a step too far saying a great military watch as it's easily dinged up and many complain of it fogging up, although as yet no obvious problems with my one. Plus it's a big juice sucker when actually using the functions on it, especially the Light, which they warn against too many times, will suck the juice. A very very cool look to it although after a good beating with mine yesterday, some case resin forever left in the bush LOL. I watched your review when it came out and now got one recently and reviewed it in the Aussie bush. Are you still loving it??
Hey dude good to hear from you again 😎👍 yup still loving mime and zero issues with it except the altimeter which i think i need to recalibrate as it rarely gets it right 🤔😬 i use the light quite a bit but again no noticed any excessive battery drainage, and yeah these do ding easy 😅😅
I've not heard anyone complain about this G-Shock fogging up. That seems to be a prevalent issue for the GX-56 and GXW-56. Condensation can occur on any watch, and it says so in Casio's manual that it's perfectly normal unless it doesn't go away.
Hello mate that's the citizen promaster tough - titanium eco drive, rock solid watch, but the date window is crap 😅😅 i did a full review here on the channel if that helps 👍👍
Hello. My watch is quite the same model BUT I feel the light button is made of plastic on the contrary of the other four buttons which seem to be made of titanium. I can tell so by scratching them with my fingernail, and by their color. How about it? Regards.
hey Vlad wlecome to the channel mate and that's very odd, I just checked mine and try to scratch at them all with a small screwdriver and nothing coming off!! can you send a photo?
@@thetimebombardier hello there. What I was saying is, scratching with my fingernail gives me the feeling this is plastic, compared to the other four buttons. Not scratching with a screw driver. Are the colors on yours different? The one for the light VS the rest?
Hey Sudheer 😎👍 thanks for your view and it might depend on your budget as 1000 is quite a bit cheaper yet the functions on both are very similar 👍 the 2000 has slightly upgraded case structure and different colour options, and then both of them are built to take a beating 💪💪

hey Borka, yes it's a mixed bag with casio, sometimes they are assembled in china or in thailand, mine actually doesn't say, the gbd 200 i recently got from japan is made in thailand so not sure if exactyl they make anything other say the modules in japan nowadays ;)

@@thetimebombardier The GWG actually has two(!) LEDs: One at the 6 o'clock position to illuminate the analog dial and a smaller one to the right of the digital display. While some G-Shocks have problems with the illumination (some models don't really light up the digi displays) this one is totally readable at night.
Hi Coco thanks for stopping by the channel and yes the basic mudman is still a very solid watch, whereas this one is the newer iteration and the functions are quite a step up and more costly also, i guess final decision will be your need for the functions, budget and wrist size :)

water resistance - target missed. I just now realized that as I was watching this video, and went to their website to check. Damn what a huge fail, and with Rangemen out, this is the best looking G-shock in production. "New rangeman" got old very quickly since it was discontinued back in 2021. You can still get it from a few shops for twice the price, but I do not think it is worth it, if you are not a collector, specially since there will be no software improvements or parts available in the long run.
@@thetimebombardier simply put, it has no water resistance. I am not asking much, just 50m so I can swim and take a shower without thinking at the watch. Yes sure, it will most like survive a shower, but do anyone really risk a new 800$ gadget it it has no rating from the factory? It is a huge minus for such a watch.
@@thetimebombardier I would say that overall, yes. There is a lot going on. Albeit the same functions, the package is much better, with durable, robust materials, lighter, slightly smaller. Having upgraded mud resistance, better lighting and digital display readability. Seriously intricate detailing in the design of the buttons and crown. To some it may be just aesthetics, but there is clear functionality improvements in these design changes. You, most assuredly, will still need to obtain one to compare thoroughly.
Hi Jose, yes brilliant question!! Personally I like the 1000 0ver the 2000 as it's just a bit less finessed and cheaper, but the 9400 is a legend and has a greater number of colour variants... wow there's a whole video here to answer this one dude!! 😅😅

Hi mate. When will you be doing another review on this after use. I only have one concern or question that I can’t seem to find anywhere else.. actually 2 questions. The first is if this was used daily so you think you would still have to put it in the sun to charge or do you think it would hold its charge with daily wear and use? The second is am I able to use the compass feature without having to have it connected to my phone? For example I drop my phone, I have broken my actual compass. Does that then mean I’m screwed or could I turn to the watch. Thanks for the video and hope to hear from you.
G'dday stephen and welcome to the channel mate 😎👍 and cheers for the questions and yes absolutely the charge holds, i use mine in rotation with other watches and have not had to purposefully charge it - i keep it in a glass top box on the window sill 👍😎 secondly i never use mine connected to my phone - just find it too fussy and compass works well although does need a calibration every so often - i have a small brass marbles compass i've used for years - bit old skool 🤣🤣🤣
@@thetimebombardier thanks for the reply mate. That’s good to know. Finally a straight answer. I’m pretty old school myself. I was in the army and tend to map read and use and actual compass so have been a little sceptical about the solar and the app, and the last thing I would want to do is give the watch days off. Buying a watch like this I would be wearing it daily and it would be pointless if the power couldn’t keep up. It’s missing the look of the mudmaster unfortunately, but It seems well suited yet less simplified. I will 100% look up the new one if it comes out. I feel like they had overdone it with the modernising of the rangeman almost crossing the line into just a hobby gps watch. For practicality it needs that longer battery life. I have read a few complaints with the newer rangeman in regards to battery on a daily use. I think they could really cut back on the fancy visuals and less interaction with the mobile app too.

I enjoyed your video on this watch.
thanks for your review.

Recently purchased this exact watch and I can not be happier. I wear it every day, even in my office setting and am stoked with it.
thanks Brodie and welcome to the channel sir!
Thanks J and welcome to the channel 👍😎 I'll be sure to keep and eye for the discoloration as yes i feel your pain with it fading... not good!!
Cheers Carlos yup great summary and love mine, it's a tank and does it all 😜😎👍
I bought this exact model 3 or 4 years ago and I still get stunned by the way it looks when I put it back on after short periods of not wearing it.
@@Nightmareman3 cheers bud, yup seems the newer version hasn't sold as well and the prices on these are holding up well, this is a keeper for me!! 😎😎
Hi
I’ve had my GWG-1000 1a3 for 6 months now and I love it!
Take care

Cheers.

Hey George welcome to the channel and yes same age here 😅😅 and that's why i plumped for the khaki version, felt it was easier on the eyeballs 👍👍😎😎

I really like the 1A3ER's clock face as the white numerals + the yellow accents really makes it pop. But I would have preferred the 1A's black strap... What a dillema...
Thanks Arty and yes nice problems to have right? 😅😅 the straps are interchangeable so you could easily swap it out 😎😎
@@thetimebombardier Nudge me...please!! I'm inclined to get the 1A3ER for the striking contrast/color scheme clock face. Will email Casio to order the black strap and install for me later. The G-Shock bug is biting hard!! I just got the MTG-B1000 a few weeks ago but no way will I ever use that on my MTB rides!
@@artyboy1377 hahaha yeah that mtg will need looking after 😆😆 and try fleabay or tiktoc for straps as you should find them cheaper 😉
@@thetimebombardier Thanks mate! Maybe I just might slowly grow into the green, I mean olive strap haha. I just came out of the shop after a gnawing 2min hard time deciding between the black 1A and the olive 1A3ER.. Both are nice but the 1A in a more subdued low-profile way so i got the same one you are showcasing. Thanks!
@@artyboy1377 excellent dude hope it serves you well and keep us posted on how it feels after a month on wrist 😎😎😎
I'll have to do a video g shock vs explorer 2 lol one day in the future 😆
wow great idea for content, interesting to figure out the parameters for the competition!!
I'm also from the UK, but how did you get this watch for £425?
The cheapest I've seen is closer to £500, but that does include 2 years warranty, and official packaging from an authorised Casio dealer.
Hey Stardust thanks dude and got mine from h.samuel 😎👍 not sure if the still have the older version, you could try simpkins also mate 😎👍
@thetimebombardier Thanks for your reply, I appreciate that you're still taking the time to respond to any new comments on this video.
Unfortunately, I don't think H.Samuel sells the GWG-1000 anymore, but I will have a look at Simpkins. 👍
@@StardustLegacyFighter no worries dude, happy to try and help out, I've just checked the casio outlet and they have one for 462 - link here: www.casio.co.uk/gwg-1000-1a3er
and yes simpkins have one for 449 :)
@thetimebombardier I think the Casio Outlet store doesn't exist anymore, I did find references to it on older forums, but the website is currently down.
That link you attached is for their main UK website, and their price is so much better than what I've seen from other dealers.
But, Simpkins definitely has the best price.
I just want to make sure that they have a 2-year warranty, too.
water resistance - target missed.
Hey Cotoi 😎😎 welcome to the channel mate - not sure i follow you in target missed with the watery stuff?
@@thetimebombardier simply put, it has no water resistance. I am not asking much, just 50m so I can swim and take a shower without thinking at the watch. Yes sure, it will most like survive a shower, but do anyone really risk a new 800$ gadget it it has no rating from the factory? It is a huge minus for such a watch.
It has 200 meters (20bar) of water resistance. G shock would never miss something like that. It’s part of their thing.
@@kurt120032002 all of their watches are dive able
To 20bar or 200 meters.
Yeah, Until the GWG-2000 that just dropped!
is that much better? I still wanna get one on wrist to compare :D
@@Scrufboy damn... that didn't help LOL tomorrow I'll be heading into town to go check one out...!!!!
i bought one 3 minutes into the video xD
@@thorgraum1462 hahaha excellent 😎👍 hope it serves you well!!

GWG 1000 or GWG 2000 or GW 9400?
Hi Jose, yes brilliant question!! Personally I like the 1000 0ver the 2000 as it's just a bit less finessed and cheaper, but the 9400 is a legend and has a greater number of colour variants... wow there's a whole video here to answer this one dude!! 😅😅
@@thetimebombardier I just got (3 days ago) the 9400 green, It is awesome! I will have to save some money to give me a gift, the gwg 1000. I hope so.
@@joseortega2021 excellent, hope it serves you well dude 💪💪😎😎
@joseortega2021 I almost went for the GW-9400, but the lack of a Sapphire Glass is a deal breaker for me.
For me, the very best of G Shock must feature a Sapphire Glass crystal, regardless of what price.
@@StardustLegacyFighterOnce you go sapphire, it's hard to settle for anything less. It's worry free and has awesome clarity.

It’s huge… It’s like putting a wall clock on your wrist. 7 1/2 inch wrist and I find it completely unwearable.
Thanks John yup you're right it's a lump but i kinda like that about it 😋👍😎
@@thetimebombardier I know it’s preference… Favorite in the collection is the GBX100…. Doesn’t have all the sensors, of course… Slimmer/thinner and the tide function comes in really handy when fishing is your past time! Cheers… keep up the great reviews. Thanks.
@@JohnBuckmaster-sw3wm cheers bud appreciate it and yup the gbx100 very nice also 😎👍
I've also got a 7.5-inch wrist size, but it wears really well.
Either one of us has measured our wrist size incorrectly, or we have totally different interpretations of what a big watch is. 🤔
Pretty watch? It’s “pretty” to me
Thanks turkee and yes it works for me also 😅 was referring to general standards of pretty watches like the blue OP i shared this week, now that was pretty 😅

Most over rated watch on the planet!!! The LCD is a joke it is drom 1980, the band is a toy its stiff and plastic, the screws are fake, the inaccurate readings are also a joke… no wAy any temperature could be accurate unless it is off the wrist for an extended period
The watch is awful… especially at the $600 price ,

It's the 'Glock' of watches. Indestructible beast if a time piece. If tou have a friend with a luxury Swiss watch, challenge them to a 'cricket bat' test. Let them twat your watch as hard as they can with a cricket bat, then return the favour! Nobody has taken me up on that challenge. Surprising ain't it!

@@thetimebombardier Great content, keep it up!
There’s the option of a rangman, but I’m not so keen on the look, it seems the newer version must be used with the app, and seems very battery intensive. Thank you for your answers mate it’s really appreciated.
@@stephenrichardson8351 glad to have been able to help 😎😎 i have a 12 year old frogman that's solar and it still works perfectly 😅😅 the rangeman is super popular also and there's a.suggestion it's gonna get a refresh this year 👍👍
@@thetimebombardier I ended up looking into the old rangeman. Turns out it’s very impressive so I have ordered one so saved a few hundred on that one. As for the mudmaster I decided I couldn’t justify spending that kind of money despite loving it. For that kind of money I would want it to be a perfect fit for me. Send G shock my way and I will put them on track!😂. Thanks again mate.
@@stephenrichardson8351 hahaaha excellent yeah i hear you - many of us could offer a few design pointers 😅😅 the older rangeman is a really solid tool and used by many serving and ex serviceman so hopefully will tick your boxes, i hope as you say the refreshed version is less gps garmin/sunnto and more gshock - keep us posted please as to me user feedback helps many of us out with these choices 😎😎👍👍
