If you could focus on one thing it would be sugar. There is so much processed sugar in the western diet. It is single most responsible thing for the health epidemic, causing inflammation and metabolic disorder. Eat natural! The challenge is 90% of what is in the grocery store is processed and not really food.
I really believe the reason we have an issue with milk is because it is pasteurized (heated) to kill bacteria. But this process also kills the enzymes in the milk that help us digest it. We were meant to drink raw milk. What are your thoughts on this?
Cow milk in general is meant for baby cows. Look at the proteins involved. Sure we can have some, but overall Americans ingest way too much on a regular basis, including mass quantities of cheese.
@@nicke.3011 not necessarily. We need to always go to the Bible. The Bible talks about milk and curds & honey and goat milk. Good stuff th-cam.com/video/uCS4p715gvU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=OIx5-pprkH5f_PuN
And yet probably food sensitivities need to be considered first. If I have one small serving of oatmeal ... Diarrhea. Low FODMAP diet with selected emphasis for elimination at least keeps me in the ball park. Appreciate the featuring of Christ first. He is showing me how to fast intermittently. I appreciate your insights. IBS and sibo are not fun... But I'm active many hours of each day...yeh

This is all very confusing....whatever happened to "eat less and move more"?
