      We make it usually on ekadashi day as we are free from heavy cooking on that day. ....
      My mother used to prepare it before her dooram * time so that we children were equiped in advance.

    A very useful item. I didn't try to make it before.Sometimes I don't have sambar powder or it is gone end and without it I can't make sambar inspite have so many vegetables.Thanks aunty for showing this process
