    I am experiencing palpitations from 2 months.. Have gone through ECG, Echo, Blood Test, Urine Test, Thyroid, etc and all have shown no defects. Now taking Anti depressant medicine.. Have breathing problem as I have bronchitis..

    Dr. I had a question: If a person has full body test each year and for the past seven years their Tropinin T and CK Enzymes are highly alleviated but doctors are relating it to wreaking of heart muscles but ECG is always normal. Doctors in India say it’s Rheumotoid Artherisis and in foreign country where I live doctors say it is got to do with wreaking of heart muscles. But no one has been able to help find out the real cause of the highly alleviated rates. So could you please suggest this real life situation and what one can do to bring these levels down? I do not have any joint pains or deformation so I do not understand why doctors in I ndia say RH factor is high due to TropT and CK Enzymes when no joint pains and deformation. RH Factor is rhetumoid artherisis. But I don’t believe it’s either of them. Could you assist please.

    Manthena Garu, garikapati,chaganti, and this granny😍🙏 god type of ppl if v follow the words that they r saying v may not live for 100 years but v live happily in daily life which is important.     It was a wonderful video. I have one question. Is there any Asana or pranayam by which we can increase the stamina of our body ? I know running is the best for that but due to a hectic schedule I am not able to do running. Pls suggest me some good ways to boost up the stamina.
