Episode 004 - Learning to speak grizzly bear with Drew Hamilton

In this episode I welcome the awesome Drew Hamilton, wilderness guide, conservationist, wildlife photographer and bear expert.
Drew has been working with bears in the wilds of Alaska and Canada for over 20 years. I have worked with Drew in Katmai National Park, filmed large male brown bears compete for females in the sedge meadows. This experience showed me that you can share wild space with these ultimate predators, something I thought would only end in my demise! But watching Drew interpret body language and communicate with these animals on their terms really opened to my eyes.
We discuss how Drew became a wilderness and bear guide, breakdown some of our close encounters in Katmai, some of his coolest encounters with these charismatic animals and much more!
