Personally, I would put a bit of 2-sided tape and position them with you sitting in the car to make sure they are in the correct place and you cab actually see them
@@nrw34260 I’m beginning to think all of my subscribers have shares in double sided tape you’re the second person that wants me to use it for something. However that might not be a bad idea I will take it under advisement.
Hi Gary, My mk2 came with wing mirrors I tried the bulets on the wing but they look quite small and no chance you can see anything from the front seat. They do look better on the door. The racing mk2s had them fitted on doors. Take a look at different pics and you will get the best fit. It is a big decision to drill those beautiful red doors though... GN
I do not know if u used lacquer on your wood dash but Mohawk makes a lacquer toner to darken your veneer . It would be much easier to spray this dark toner on those 2 panels . I am currently lacquering my veneer on my Jaguar XJS v12 ,
Good progress Gary, the dash is look good.
Still a long way to go
Hi Gary, good video. Thanks for showing it. Greetings.

Mine had wing mirrors too, but I put on two new front wings on hence no holes, not looking forward to the drilling but I will just have to go for it.
