Love your youtube series! Two questions. If you would address coordinating window treatments in an open concept floor space? Is it boring for them to be the same or so you recommend coordinating fabrics? Also any decor ideas around a large wall mounted TV? Thank you! 😊

Questions: 1) I have to have ceiling fans here in Georgia with our high humidity. Any favorite stores or brands you can recommend for a more stylish look that isn’t super pricey? 2) I have a small second bathroom that has a shower and toilet in a closed space with a small window and a double vanity that is in a small adjacent space that opens to my hallway. The shower room gets so humid and the water tends to run down the walls. I’ve tried a dehumidifier but it still gets bad here in the Georgia Summers. Would it work to tile that whole room in a large scale tile? I’m concerned about the walls getting ruined by the humidity. I want to knock down the wall but my husband likes having the privacy of the door to the toilet and shower space. Thanks so much again and hope you have a wonderful trip in Cali! I’m originally from NorCal and it’s a beautiful state! Xx

Hi Ashley, Very exciting times with you! I’m having a tiny home built, the build is almost complete! 8x20 (THOW) This little home is built with the designs of a 1940’s 50’s California cottage. With 3ft. Overhangs and Dental moldings, Rafter tails, corbels, Copper Roof, Dutch entry door and a Double dormer for a 8x8 bedroom loft. My question is, based on the style how would you decorate this home as far as interior furniture and furnishings? Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏🏻🏠
Love love love your videos!!! Can you please talk about accent pillows for the sofa. I have a grey contemporary sectional and trying to find good quality pillows that are nicely stuffed is impossible. Where can we find some? What neutral colors can be added with grey? Thanks❤
I love that suggestion! I need to do an entire video on pillows honestly! I would look on Etsy for pillows, there are so many great custom options and I've always been very happy with all of my pillow purchases from Etsy sellers and many of the sellers sell nice inserts too!
Hey Ashley! Love the questions answered series - I've heard about undertones in color choices, but it still is something that seems unclear to me. Are you able to simply look at a color and immediately know its undertone? Or do you still have to do the white sheet of paper test? I'd love to be able to look at a color and immediately know when it comes to neutrals but I'm always unsure.
Hi Ashley I love your show. I love your delicate white would you know the formula by any chance ? I’m from Australia and am not sure which paint brand resembles yor delicate white? Our usual brands are Dulux Taubman and British paint?
What a great series! We are starting a whole home renovation. The kitchen cabinets and all trim is SW Pure White, island is SW Iron Ore, the doors will be SW Tricorn Black with brass hardware. The kitchen, sunroom, living room, sitting room and a hallway all connect so should I keep the wall color the same in these areas? Any suggestions on a color? We have a lot of windows and natural light. I was considering SW City Loft. The quartz (Cambria Skara Brae) backsplash in the kitchen goes all the way to the ceiling at the kitchen sink window and range hood so we will not paint in the kitchen. Thank you!
I live in Arizona and my house was built in 2005 and has wall shelf made in the walls that runs about 2 ft from the ceiling from the living room to the kitchen. I I’ve been putting vases up there. My style is modern organic and every walk is white. Would you do that or keep it empty?
I have a small all white bathroom, which I feel was a mistake, the floor grout is so hard to keep clean. Should I use peel and stick tile,black marker for grout… what do you suggest?HELP PLEASE
I have this issue too! I hate it! I’ve been trying to use a big rug that’s washable over the tile. It’s helping but I still see dirt on the outskirts of the tile floor and on the darn cabinets. My messy husband just doesn’t even try to help keep it clean ugh 😩
Hi Ashley. Looking for your perspective on entryway design. I am eyeing on a console table from RH. My concern is that it is just too big at 70’ in which the door cannot be fully opened and/or would hit the console table. Do you think design wise, this would not matter? Or should I just look for a smaller console table?
Hum, well generally we like for an entry door to open as far as possible, do you have a single entry door, or double doors? Also, how wide is your foyer? And the table depth?
@@ashleychilders Thank you for your response. ❤️ It is a single main door. The foyer has 9ft width. Opposite to the wall at the entryway is the dining room. RH console table dimension is 78”W x 30”H.
I feel like you could probably go a little bit smaller in a space that is 9 foot wide. There’s so many great consoles out there and I think you’ll just be happier with one that allows you to open the door all the way and also gives you a little bit more breathing room in the foyer.
I meant the dimension of our foyer is 12ft x 9ft in which part of 12ft side where I can only put a console table is the entry towards our drop zone. This means that I only have 8’ 11” to work with for the console table. Thank you once again! ❤

What color would you use for a coffee table if your couch is light grey? My fireplace is white with black veins.
