After hearing the driver say they convinced him to go the other way, he was probably dead serious when joked about leaving some behind earlier in the recovery! Awesome job guys, thanks for the ride!
You can imagine that the folks getting stuck and then pulled out are probably worried about how many hundreds of dollars it is going to cost. When Casey says there is no cost and points to the camera, what a great feeling that has to be. It is a great gesture on the part of Casey.
I just got some chains for my Focus because while we only average 2-3 days of snow a year here in north central Texas, we average zero Caseys, and AAA isn't much help until the snow melts.
I sure can see Since Casey got his trucks a change in attitude, he seems truly happy helping people out of tight spots. Thank you Casey for all you do. 😊

Your channel is just awesome. I’m 73-year-old lady who has no interest whatsoever in tow trucks but stayed up all night long watching your videos because they were just so interesting. I think you’re very smart and you know your skill very well. Keep up with the amazing content, and I will keep watching I just subscribe to your channel. Looking forward to more great videos.
I've got to say, I've owned 6 ford's and never like the front of the 1987 trucks. However, your truck is beautiful and I love watching it in action. You too. Thanks.
Casey I find it amazing how you move so much with your “Bag” your dedication to help people is more than many with your condition that you don’t mention to those that you help.
The Good, (rescuing two families for free) the Bad (butt cam with Alex) and the Ugly (creek leap fail)! I love that you aren't afraid to show it all and acknowledge that we are all human. Whether its pulling off bumpers, crashing into creeks! 🤣, following GPS into disaster or forgetting your block of wood at the recovery site. Would be interesting if you heard back about how you rigged the rope under your stabilizer (not sure the real name) was okayed by the rope manufacturer. Great content and a great friend in your Cameraman!
it was the wheel lift he put the rope under , i cant see any reason the manufacturer would complain , it only shortened the snatch rope by about 6 feet, but I'm just a user , wouldn't presume to know what the Manufacturer thinks.
That's the best definition for a cool customer. Bless your heart, Casey, for letting those people have their good day, unspoiled at the end. All the time you were working to get them out, I was thinking: they have 9 people there, tell them to get out and push!
Casey my first comment I said you were a Good Man but after watching this I would say this coming from an Australian " You are one Bloody Good Man ". That means you are a extra special person and please tell Alex the video was brilliant. Love from a old Nanna in Australia ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You love doin' it, and I love watchin' it. It just makes us all feel better knowing that we're contributing to making the lives of others better. Thanks for taking us along, and for the metaphoric clip of him missing his jump while you pulled the van from downhill to uphill.
You put to words what I was thinking. This guy helps people and does not expect anything for his labor (except maybe some video footage for our viewing pleasure). Thank you, Casey, for putting out more content for us to watch... :)
People out having a good day and you wanna allow them to end the day with the same good vibes is great! Especially you asking them to donate it to charity!! ✌🐢

"Never use a GPS device" for trip planning / navigation. Always use a Real Map. Write down turn by turn directions to yourself. Stay with the routing you have planned (unless you are forced off the rt by external circumstances). It can be Helpful to use electronic devices and such to Assist you during Trip Planning. I never completely trust such devices wile I am Driving. The extremely nice and very professional tow truck operator who made this video cannot always be available everywhere.
Great explanation on why you don’t charge. You so easily could charge and no one would ever question. But you so understand the benefits of a good deed. It’s my absolute pleasure to watch these videos so you can do what you do at no charge.
The customer's demeanor and ability to follow instructions to the letter gave me the impression that he has a military background. He added to the video as well with his comments. Mentioning Matt's 'error' was a pleasant nod to him, and an indication that sharing mistakes is a good learning tool. And as you often do, the level of humor adds to the whole scenario.
Casey, I enjoy your kind of shenanigans so much I do the same thing. When the snow gets thick my wife and I make the loop from Springfield to Bend just pulling people out. It's my favorite time of year.

Because of this channel I started watching a couple other recovery channels. This one is easily my favorite. Casey's attitude and good deeds, and simplicity of his videos sets this one above for me.
I tried a couple of others and couldn't hack the showing off, courting danger etc. You are so right about Casey, good attitude, good person and gets it done without fanfare.

Thanks Casey & Alex for a great video. He had a lot of precious cargo that isn't replaceable. I think he was playing it safe by having you pull them to the end.
